When I first got my rabbit, I had to sit still next to her. She was skittish and would jump and go wide eyed if I would cough or make a sudden movement, so I would try to be as still as possible and quiet, while on my phone. She would stare at me for a while and observe me lol. This lasted almost two weeks. After time passed, she started coming up to me and sniffing me, which over time led to her climbing on me, licking me, looking for me. Now she trusts me entirely lol
When u fist got my rabbit it actually somewhat social and gave me kisses in the first few days of having her, she even flopped the day I got her and freaked me out. She opened up more late on of course.
Bunnies are actually extroverts though, who need lots of socialisation and stimulation in order to not get bored and depressed! They don’t like being alone and prefer to be activated.

They now live with someone else and I have updates on them. They are doing a lot better now and I am too because they weren't the right pet for me. It was difficult to see someone take them but they are actually happy now.
Yeah, my boy had been kind of distant from me for a few months, and he seemed a little grouchy in his old age. Then one morning he was all friendly like old times. That night, he had a massive seizure and died a few days later.
@@25bananas it actually IS a good sign, it's only a bad sign if the rabbit doesn't put themself into that position. In Alexandra's case, it just means her bunny is very comfortable.
Yesterday my bunny Freja did the binkies, jumped on my lap and flopped over - she did it so quickly that she ended up rolling all the way to the floor and I couldn't stop laughing... She often dreams while she sits with me and cuddling is her favourite

That happened with me as well. Came home from school and there he was. And with my current bunny I always just look at his belly to see if he’s breathing when he’s flopped.
I literally watched my bunny do the "flop" on my pillow. It was the most adorable thing ever. I've watched him do his loaf position, and the sun bather. Haven't gotten the superman, yet, but he's still getting used to the place since we got him two days ago. But he's clearly comfortable enough to do three of those positions around us.
Ok, Lorelei is literally the rabbit guru of UA-cam!!! She’s always giving people the best advice and care tips for their bunnies. Each of her videos make me more interested in rabbits and wanting to learn more about them, and how they can be as good of a pet as cats and dogs. Thank you Lorelei. ❤️
So true about the superman position! I just adopted a bunny. I am learning a lot of new info, including this. But I could tell she was a young bun by her activity level. She marked Everywhere and wants to get into Everything! Haha 🥰 Glad to know she's relaxed. Loved this video so much!
My bunny Lyla scared me so bad when she flopped the 1st time. I was like a 1st time mom watching for the chest to rise just to make sure they're breathing. Luv my Lyla
Bruh my rabbit legit thinks he's stuffed. He loves to lay on his back (not trancing, he can get up when he wants) in my arms like how you'd hold a newborn baby. You can literally hold him any witch way and he doesn't care. I'm a little concerned.
I used to keep my bunny in a cage, but two years ago I started having him free range, but only in my room(my family didnt want him in other parts of the house). Since then I've seen him sleep in so many ways that he didn't have room for before, it's adorable!

I was refilling his hay that day, and he came to me and stood on his hind legs to get my attention. It has been two days, and he is already bonded partially to me, and eating out of my hand before I have a chance to put the food down! He came with the name Buffalo, but I changed it to Puff (Puff the Magic Rabbit)
When my bunny does “the flop” you KNOW she’s sleeping good😂 so I don’t disturb her and try to be as quiet as possible but it still scares me sometimes 💀 She does the flop and the loaf most often.
I think my mini-lop has bad hearing or she just sleeps a lot bc everytime someone walks in to the room where she is, she gets rlly scared and idk what to do ab it. I feel so bad for her, but after she realizes who it was tho she comes to say hi. Like when someone is around her shes very relaxed and excited and runs around my legs, so it isn’t ab being scared of humans, shes very happy and trusting :)
Bad hearing (and many other limitations) unfortunately is common for lop eard rabbits since this ear position is not natural. This is why they are said to be cruel breeds. I would also get her/his ears checked by a vet to see if everything is okay. Sadly about 80% of them will suffer from serious ear infections sooner or later
I have a 3 year old holland lop that has had a middle ear infection for over a year now. Been giving antibiotic injections every 3 days with some breaks in between for almost a year :( Her hearing is terrible, she often sees me and runs away panicked before she realises its just me.
My bunny usually does the Superman and the Loaf haha. I wish my bunny was a snuggle bunny though, but we're still building trust. I love feeding my bunny with all types of approved fruits and vegetables to see which one's are her favorites. I never had a bunny before so this is so cool learning all of this new way of life and happiness. Thanks for educating me a long the way.
I just got my bunny yesterday and he’s already binkying, running around, letting me pet him and coming up to me some, and he’s sleeping in a loaf way. Great video. I’m actually sitting in my rabbits playpen with him right now, adjusting it to make it bigger. He’s kind of in the hen position, Eyes closed, ears relaxed, but was twitching a little bit and I got a little worried. But your video explained it very well. Apparently he was dreaming
Guys no need to go off like this, mine does sleep in her cage, but it's open all the time. She choses to go in there cause she likes to sleep in hay. She does run free 24/7 but still likes to use the cage
my rabbit who recently passed away always slept in a loaf, sometimes she would cuddle with our other bunny. i miss her so much. thank you for all your videos
I was on a sleepover once and my mom called and she started telling me it’s ok if my bunny dies and she thought he was dead from a flop position and I told her he was ok
Warning contains REALLY cute sleeping bunnies! Me: I could handle it :D Me later: *did I say I could handle it? What I meant im dying of cuteness. HeLp*
This made me so sad, I adopted a beautiful French lop mix and we had such a connection, but duo to allergy we had to let her move to a different home. And they're great with her, but I miss my sweet bunny so much. She isn't scared of anything, you can do anything to this lady and shes just like "meh, ok, pet me?? Feed me???". She was free-roaming and every evening she would sit in the sofa with me and cuddle. I keep contact with her new mommy all the time. Bunnies are amazing, they truly are misunderstood beings. Take care of your bunnies. They're precious and give you so much if you just take care of them. 💗 her favourite sleeping-position is Superman.
AAAAHHHHHH YOU LIKED MY COMMENT IM HAVING A PANIC ATTACH BIGGER THAN MY BROTHERS EGO!! Thank you soooo much!! You are my favorite UA-camr on the entire platform!! You have helped me so much and convinced me and my mom to get a rabbit!! Thank you so much!!
I had a Netherland Dwarf Otter for 13 years as my last pet. He always slept in the Loaf or the Flop. I used to hold him every single day about an hour at a time and he would sometimes kick his legs out and fall asleep while I layed with him watching TV. I miss the little bugger.
I remember getting a bunny who never slept with there’s eyes closed and I lived with that for years but then we got a new bunny ( separated) and the first morning I walked into the room of the new bunny I started freaking out seeing a him with eyes closes..... I thought he died
@HANNAH GREGORY me too my rabbit get at least two hours of Exercise/spending time with me, but it's crazy mostly everybody is telling me to give my rabbit away to a different home! I couldn't do that I love my rabbit so much now!!!😭 Plus I even have a mini air conditioner in his big hutch but I'll pray for the both of us that our parents will let us house are rabbits 😔😭❤️
@CHEYENNE LIBBY I have learned a lot from this channel, but I can't control what my parents do or say, my rabbit is not in a wire bottom cage he's in a really big hutch with a mini air conditioner thingy and uses a bowl for water And has unlimited hay😊
I once saw a beautiful rabbit for adoption at one of my pets at home stores. (My pets at home has a bit for abandoned animals) They were such a nice breed🥺 A smooth dark brown with beige paws and ears (from what I remember). It was jumping against the window when I came to it. You could tell it was so friendly and I had no idea why someone would put it up for adoption. I wanted to get it but we didn't have the supplies and we would have to ask for permission to have it in our home. The next day I was devastated.... it was gone 😭 Maybe that's good though cause it would've ended up in a small hutch outside as the pet shop and sites told me .😅 but I still really with I bought it.
EARLY. I love you and Lennon so much you have taught me so much about rabbits! I got a rabbit on February and I loved her so much! She’s a Dutch rabbit and named her orea! She used to live in a pink cage and have her hay pellets and carrots. I decided to do some research and found u and now her life has changed completely THANK YOU 🥰😍
My bun either loafs, flops,Superman when he sleeps and how he flops is he has to rub his head on the floor then almost faint onto the floor it’s hilarious to watch 😂and he normally sleeps on my bed he’s a free roamer! He used to be in a x pen and having a free roam is so rewarding I will never go back to the x pen! My bun is pretty young he’s like one ish so he’s pretty hyper.... to be honest my bun does every pose during the day😂
I wish I could free roam my two bunnies but I'm in a small apartment and I'm not able to fully bunny proof my room of the cables. *Sign* I hope I can move in about a year into a bigger apartment, and then they will be free. They are half-way free roam thou. #nomorecages
I like how bunnies are basically introverts where you need to gain their trust then they'll bring out their crazy personality
When I first got my rabbit, I had to sit still next to her. She was skittish and would jump and go wide eyed if I would cough or make a sudden movement, so I would try to be as still as possible and quiet, while on my phone. I've realized bunnies are kind of a mix between dogs and cats. My bunny loves to be petted, but only when she feels like it, lol
When u fist got my rabbit it actually somewhat social and gave me kisses in the first few days of having her, she even flopped the day I got her and freaked me out. She opened up more late on of course.

What is your bunny's sleeping position?
My bunny: *yes*
😂😂😂😂
Yes.
My bunnys fav sleep is...
Her: *MY BF CMON WHY DO YOU ASK*
Me: -_-
My bunny plops down however he wants. Depends also on his mood.
The bunny is so cute!
Our rabbit does something we call "The pancake" where she also puts her head down as well as flattening her whole body! It's the most common position she sleeps in, she's quite a spoiled bun!
Haha I know exactly what you mean. We call it "The Rug" when our bun does it. He likes to do this on the cool floor.
omg that is also like a TOTAL sign of trust and comfort! my bunny girl does it too!
I call it “meatloaf mode”
Ours does as well! Lol Sometimes he even likes to rest his head on a little box like a pillow
I call it “the bean” because she’s completely stretched and flattened out like bean. Adorable.
Sometimes when my bunny rests crossing his front legs, we call it "the therapist"
Omg I-I. Ok but why does my therapist cross her legs lol
😂😂
We call it the gangnam style 😂
I thought my rabbit was the only one that did that
My dog Turtle does that. We call her a lady. (She's a girl a lot of people get confused)
When your bunny is spayed, free roamed and gets plenty of exercise... and still destroys everything
same 😂😭
Yuppppp
Yeah....
They now live with someone else and I have updates on them. They are doing a lot better now and I am too because they weren't the right pet for me. It was difficult to see someone take them but they are actually happy now.

When rabbits go into a 'loaf', they look like an egg.
I think my rabbit looks like a dumplin when she loafs
Naomi LaFiette we like to say hey hes a chicken
I call my rabbit a duck when she's in this position.

Same with my bunny.

Lol me too I was like oh god what did I do?! But then he got up and looked at me and I was like. Omg I thought you died!!!!!!!

• M x s s y • I’m a bunny owner and no I don’t put my bunny in a cage, I just adopted her and I’m curious, I don’t seem like a moron now huh?
Mickey Mouse he dosen’t have a cage, he’s free roamed in my room.
Guys no need to go off like this, mine does sleep in her cage, but it's open all the time. She choses to go in there cause she likes to sleep in hay. She does run free 24/7 but still likes to use the cage
Is it weird my dog copy’s everything my bunny does she tries to groom herself and sleep de same way 😂
My bunny copy's my dog 😂
My kitten copy's my Bunny its really cute ngl
Are you sure its a dog?
My dog even tries to eat grass 😅
@@gwenb1992 seriously??? 🤣🤣🤣
my rabbit who recently passed away always slept in a loaf, sometimes she would cuddle with our other bunny. i miss her so much. thank you for all your videos
My GF's bunnies have always loafed around me.... When they're not begging for treats 🤣
“Hearing is a rabbit’s strongest sense” *laughs in mini lop*
This 😂
Idk my mini lops are very good in hearing😅😂
ahaha felt this, my mini lip is completely deaf 🥺😂
I was on a sleepover once and my mom called and she started telling me it’s ok if my bunny dies and she thought he was dead from a flop position and I told her he was ok
Lol. My bunny Lewis is only a month old, and he only sleeps in the Superman position. 🐰
Warning contains REALLY cute sleeping bunnies!
Me: I could handle it :D
Me later: *did I say I could handle it? What I meant im dying of cuteness. HeLp*
Am i the only one who looked at my bunny like 10 times😂
My bun went into a lamb chop during the video
@@eclecticandroidspictures5932 so cute
My bun is in a loaf
her favourite sleeping-position is Superman.
My bunny jumps onto the couch, licks my hand, and flops next to me. My heart melts every time. ❤️❤️❤️
Mine too. Sometimes I get the sense that her and my wife are waiting for me to take a nap so THEY can go shopping. 😳😀🤭
1st off wow I missed you even though it was a couple days
2nd off I love the thumbnail it's cute

@@krispychip9932 what the heck
i’ve literally never seen my bunny sleep with closed eyes.
Me too
Are those your rabbits in your profile picture? They're soo cute ✨🐾
But i see
Thats hella scary-
It's because they are supposed to sleep with their eyes open, it's normal! Also, they only blink to moisture their eyes.
I had a Netherland Dwarf Otter for 13 years as my last pet. He always slept in the Loaf or the Flop. I used to hold him every single day about an hour at a time and he would sometimes kick his legs out and fall asleep while I layed with him watching TV. I miss the little bugger.
I’ve got Netherland Dwarves too - Louie and Monty
literally my bunny only sleeps in the lamb chop... when he does it he looks like a little mermaid
Avery Koenig mine also mainly does the lamb chop too
Mine too
For some reason when ever my bunny is doing the flop she has to have her head all the way back its soooooo cuuuttteee😁🤣
I remember getting a bunny who never slept with there’s eyes closed and I lived with that for years but then we got a new bunny ( separated) and the first morning I walked into the room of the new bunny I started freaking out seeing a him with eyes closes..... I thought he died
Mine loves sleeping on his side with eyes closed. I feel so bad waking him up just to make sure he isn't dead.
@@Sadimal just look at his chest make sure it is going up and down without disturbing him.
Watching this when my rabbit is asleep in a loaf who else?
Not me...☹️my parents won't allow me to have my rabbit inside 😢
@@Kopiii123 Please rehome it!!! Bunnies should NOT be outside, if you can't keep it inside please give it to someone else!!
@@Kopiii123 do not keep your bunny outside, tell your parents about the TRUTH. Please...
I call the “loaf” chicken nugget mode
My bunny loves sleeping like this
• Lemmie Lemon-Playz • chicken nugget mode activated
My rabbit likes to do the superman alot but sometimes the flop...
my rabbit refuses to snuggle until im already asleep... he doesn't want me to know he's gone soft lmao
My bunny does the super man everyday and the loaf and flops whenever she feels like
same!
I just Saw my rabbit flop in front of me. I got so scared. 😂😅❤️

We love you! My buns sleep in every position possible..
Our new bunny does the loaf so much we actually call him loaf as a nick name some times! 😂
LMAOO im getting a rabbit but im scared if it dyes🙁
I feel bad for people who don’t have a rabbit and haven’t found this channel🤩🐰I have a Netherland dwarf and she is my entertainment of the the day❤️😂
I don’t have a rabbit but I’m trying!!!
I don't have one but want one :(
I don't have one but I want one
Btw that looks familiar to me 3:28
I once saw a beautiful rabbit for adoption at one of my pets at home stores. (My pets at home has a bit for abandoned animals)
They were such a nice breed🥺
A smooth dark brown with beige paws and ears (from what I remember). It was jumping against the window when I came to it. You could tell it was so friendly and I had no idea why someone would put it up for adoption. I wanted to get it but we didn't have the supplies and we would have to ask for permission to have it in our home. The next day I was devastated.... it was gone 😭
Maybe that's good though cause it would've ended up in a small hutch outside as the pet shop and sites told me .😅 but I still really with I bought it.
My bunny, Ruby, sleeps in "The Flop" and "The Superman"
Why am I watching these videos I don't even have a Rabbit
You, all of you are why I enjoy reading the comments. Lennon has such a great community
When your getting a bun in a couple of days and Lorelei asked for submissions of videos: me:ahhhhhhhhhhhh whyyyyyyy
Lorelei: the Super-bun
Also Lorelei: proud of there bikini bod
Me: dying of laughter
EARLY. I love you and Lennon so much you have taught me so much about rabbits! I got a rabbit on February and I loved her so much! She’s a Dutch rabbit and named her orea! She used to live in a pink cage and have her hay pellets and carrots. I decided to do some research and found u and now her life has changed completely THANK YOU 🥰😍
Bruh when my bunny flops with her eyes open.. I have a mini heart attack every time
Mine does not do that, My last Bunny that did it With its eyes open Was FREAKING DEAD :-;;;;;-;
The first time mine did that I woke him up because I'd actually thought he dropped dead.
I’m homeschooled and I was laying on the ground in my live lesson and my bunny Merlin hopped on my back and started to sleep
It means she loves you and wants to hang out
I'm homeschooled as well! My bunny loves to help with my schoolwork 😂❤
Yes!! I have had almost all my Buns try and hop on my back with me bending down standing. Lots of love there.
I homeschool with a rabbit too!
@@LS-ug1im That was so wholesome. You definitely took good care of the bunny since it lived 12 wonderful years which is a lot.
Just took care of my boyfriends bunny yesterday and the bunny did every position❤️
My bunny won’t cuddle with me but she cuddles with my cat
Ouch...
Lol my feelings would be hurt 😂
Sad😭😂😂
My bunnies and cats got along really well, too. They cuddled and played a lot. Maybe there's some natural affinity there, haha.
2:04 Hmmm I recognize that carpet, and that bunny, WAIT THAT'S MY BUNNY!
*Sign*
I hope I can move in about a year into a bigger apartment, and then they will be free. They are half-way free roam thou. #nomorecages
Lorelei: a true phenomenon which all bunny parents are so lucky to catch
Me: *sheds a tear* true that sista she's spittin' straight facts!
Y’all be in the comments saying that your bunny is sleeping when you watch this, while my bunny having zoomies and doing binkys 😂
