okay, i think i'm ready to share my experience doing this routine push up for the past 30 days, first of all, sometime i would only do them every other day (around 4-5 times a week) , but most of the time i would do this routine every day before single leg pushup - barely 10 reps wide pushup - barely 10 reps staggered pushup - 5 reps tricep pushup - 5 clean reps + 5 assisted tricep pushup side pushup - 5 - 6 reps after/now single leg pushup - 22 reps (today's new max) wide pushup - 18 reps staggered pushup - 15 reps (today's new max) tricep pushup - 10 clean reps + 5 assisted side pushup - 13 clean reps keep in mind that i sometime stop for 1-2 seconds during the 30 second workout window, but i still get the numbers and i make sure i maintain a perfect form in order to count it as a rep Trust me, it never gets easy with this routine despite doing it everyday for example, the staggered hand pushup - is really hard regardless how long i have done it. you just get better with ur ROM and rep count another big improvement i saw is from my side pushup, i always start with my non dominant hand, and it was always the hardest as i am a strong lefty, now i feel like my right arm strength is equally matched with my left whenever i do the side pushups i'm just randomly sharing my experience, it has been great so far, hope you guys will give it a try too
Awesome man! Inspires more to get those results. You should do more variants of arm exercises, goes for any exercise, actually. If you get results with it, make it your routine every-other week arm work out. You just don't wanna overdo one set of exercises, or your results will tend to flatline over time.
Ryan Howell thanks, I'm actually a recreational weightlifter, I'm just trying these body weight exercise because I thought maybe I really should incorporate some bodyweight training in order to train my body in a different way, I'm also at the same time trying to master the handstand push ups and the L sit while I'm doing this along with my gym routine, cheers
Awesome man! Didn't mean to make it sound like you were uneducated in the workouts :) Just was saying in-case! I just started body weight after basically only lifting and doing cardio, and its great. I can already feel the extra strength. It's crazy how much endurance I have gained since starting daily body weight.
No, I never took it that way, and yes, I do feel the same although I do need to step up on my cardio game for the summer along with a more sound nutrition, all the best
Being stuck at home and not out on the rock sucks but every single workout this guy has is amazing. He is modest and has perfect workouts right at my level. He is also not a meat head and very polite.
This was exactly what I needed today. It's snowy and cold out so I skipped the gym but didn't wanna skip my workout. Definitely saving this video for future use!
Nice vid man. Like the clean style and the straight up real guy approach. gonna adopt this as my post run 2-daily routine for the next 3 weeks - 30secs on, 30 secs off, all the way thru. Great call on the knees! thanks!
On my 2nd round of FB Burn, and can I just say one thing? I despise you, Daniel. Today's upper body workout KILLED ME. My arms are limp noodles. Also, thank you for inspiring me to life heavier and move more slowly, rather than doing a ton of repetitions with a lower weight. I now have definition in my shoulders and arms for the first time since I was dancing every day in high school. I may feel weak as a kitten right this second, but I feel stronger overall than I have in more than a decade. You and Kelli are honestly part of the reason I get up and work out 5 day a week, and I hope you know that we (your viewers) appreciate all of the work that you do.
I was completelу shocked by hoow dramatic the results were after just one week. I love your videos, thanks...question, on 4:43, you open your arms perpendicular to your body. I read that your arms should be at least 45 degrees to your body ( close to your sides) when doing push ups, to avoid problems with your rotational muscles, what's your opinion on this? thanks
thank you! I've been trying different workouts for my chest with my dumbbells and not getting any results after the first day of doing this routine I can feel the muscles tightening already
Have been doing this exercise for around 5 months and I would definitely say it has built me strength and definition allowing me to be able to lift and have much better muscle endurance great vid and would recommend using this one
It actually has to do with your nervous system. Your body isn't used to the coordination. This is common for almost every exercise when you are relatively new.
Just did this workout, planning to make it a routine once or twice a week, solid workout, short bursts make it was to get through but at the end it's killer. 10/10 will do more
This workout is great i just have a question about de Staggered Hand Push Up, i didnt find it difficult to do at all, it didn't hurt any part of my chest (unless the other exercices)... what am i doing wrong ?
I gave this a try yesterday. Im lookin for an alternative to bench pressing. How often should I do this programme in a week. Additionally, is there anything I should could add to it. Thanks.
Is it really helping with your funnel chest? I have the same issue, and it makes me very insecure about being shirtless and whatnot, which is why I even decided to look up chest workouts.
*Agoge Diet* really took my diet to the next level. Not only diet, but life. I can see improvements in many aspects of my life. Guys, you rock! #Agoge Diet
Awesome video thanks so much. Love this workout whilst I can’t get to gym Are you able to advise me of a similar workout for lats and back, that I can use with this one Thankyou Cheers Geoff
I'm a girl and can do pushups without the knees but cant do more than 20 and cant do sets so instead I use my knees. my question is : can i do this exercise with my knees?
There is a reason for the phrase "no pain, no gain" you're doing it wrong if your arms aren't sore. The point of it is to get your muscles get sore, or scientifically break your muscle. And then let it heal, the healing process is how you get muscles back. The more you break your muscles, the more you can get bulked up.
This was great. Thanks! I'd never seen that last variation before. EDIT: Oh man, I did this, then your ab workout, then this again. I am spent. Thanks again!
is it still working if i reduce the time for each exercise, or should i rather reduce the amount of pushups i do during the thirty seconds? Very grateful for the free information here. thanks!
If you absolutely must, reduce the amount of time you do it for. For example, from 30 to 25 secs. NEVER I repeat NEVER half ass your push ups or any workout.
I am working on getting my upper body strong enough to do handstand push-ups and This is just what I needed! I'll definitely do this after my primary workouts every day. Thanks a lot :)

Willy Keurig I have the same problem sometimes, did you try do do it on some kind ow towel or something soft? just a little sponge or something. It might be because you/i don't have much ,,fat,, on our hips.
okay, i think i'm ready to share my experience doing this routine push up for the past 30 days,
first of all, sometime i would only do them every other day (around 4-5 times a week) , but most of the time i would do this routine every day
before
single leg pushup - barely 10 reps
wide pushup - barely 10 reps
staggered pushup - 5 reps
tricep pushup - 5 clean reps + 5 assisted tricep pushup
side pushup - 5 - 6 reps
after/now
single leg pushup - 22 reps (today's new max)
wide pushup - 18 reps
staggered pushup - 15 reps (today's new max)
tricep pushup - 10 clean reps + 5 assisted
side pushup - 13 clean reps
keep in mind that i sometime stop for 1-2 seconds during the 30 second workout window, but i still get the numbers and i make sure i maintain a perfect form in order to count it as a rep
Trust me, it never gets easy with this routine despite doing it everyday
for example, the staggered hand pushup - is really hard regardless how long i have done it.
you just get better with ur ROM and rep count
another big improvement i saw is from my side pushup, i always start with my non dominant hand, and it was always the hardest as i am a strong lefty, now i feel like my right arm strength is equally matched with my left whenever i do the side pushups
i'm just randomly sharing my experience, it has been great so far, hope you guys will give it a try too

Man, when you have sweaty hands those wide push-ups just get wider haha
TitoSilvey so true man ik you’re struggle
Omg I have the problem. I just worked out outside though and honestly it does the job bc there’s usually a sturdier floor
Doing them on your fists might help
Put a towel or shirt or mat on the ground

Does anyone have a good upper back routine to follow up with after this?
that was a lovely one after using dumbbells and doing back and biceps
video starts at 2:05
yw
Outstanding!!!! Thank you! I will definitely be doing this again!
When i do this workout, I mostly feel it in my arms not my chest. Am I doing this wrong?
Boy From Africa it means that your chest is simply stronger, than your arms are. perfectly normal and should change as soon as your arms grow stronger
PADDE HIGHFIVE Thank you :)
It actually has to do with your nervous system. Your body isn't used to the coordination. This is common for almost every exercise when you are relatively new.
Roll Your Shoulder Backwards down. Then the focus will be more on your chest. Dont hold your shoulders high when doing chest exercises.
Really like this 10 min with rest set, really helps me a lot following without cheating. Do you have similar ones for Back or Shoulders?
*lies on mat*

lol

Best fitness Chanel!
Thanks Man. Yoga and isometric moves always feel tons better from not needing any equipment. So I think Your doing it the best way.
anyone who feels more in their arms try pressing your arms inwards. it will help you feel it more in your chest
haha its cool but press inwards dont actually move your hands. it puts more pressure on the inside rather than the outside
Thanks bro!!!
I love your video. I used to do regular shoulder width push ups, but now I can feel progress in different areas of my arms and chest. thank you
This is my favourite UA-cam video ever.🔥
This workout is great i just have a question about de Staggered Hand Push Up, i didnt find it difficult to do at all, it didn't hurt any part of my chest (unless the other exercices)... what am i doing wrong ?
I wish I could do this non stop next time!:)
I gave this a try yesterday. Im lookin for an alternative to bench pressing. How often should I do this programme in a week. Additionally, is there anything I should could add to it. Thanks.
At the end of the video the guy looked like anger from inside out.
You made my day
Face ass
Oh my last name byrd
I always come back to this workout, love how short but intense it is.
Thank you this video was amazing and my funnel chest is slowly developing out because of you.thanks😄😄
Is it really helping with your funnel chest? I have the same issue, and it makes me very insecure about being shirtless and whatnot, which is why I even decided to look up chest workouts.
my case isnt that severe but it got my pecks and lower abs better
it kinda masks it up i hope it helps you too\
Good to see Jim Halpbert is getting fit in his spare time
Did this 3 times, feels like my chest is gonna blow up but it is done
lmaoo
I just went through it twice, and I'm already feeling like you
Dorian LANGLAIS Yeah, and oh boy was that a workout
This exercise is really working my triceps great. But what more can I do to stress my biceps and especially pectorals as an at home exercise?
This was brutal... but loved it! Part of my weekly routine now!
Great job Daniel! Thanks very much for helping during the quarantine!
I suggest changing staggered hand push up to diamond push up for a bigger chest pump
martin silva or regular push ups slowly tucking in your elbows as your go old marine trick to work the entire chest
Diamond push ups target a lot of the triceps
I'd never done a hard chest workout like this. Awsome !
*Agoge Diet* really took my diet to the next level. Not only diet, but life. I can see improvements in many aspects of my life. Guys, you rock! #Agoge Diet
the agoge diet looks really good and easy to follow, thanks for sharing!
ive been here since like 2015 and i still use this for exercise lol love ya bud.
Does it show good results?
@typicalgamer it does!
Anybody else feel like you're watching Jim from the office lead a workout video?
I thought I was the only one who saw that 🤣🤣
Thank you... Very nice video. Read the comments and think that sometimes people write something because they got nothing else to do...
Who else is sitting down and just watching the video? 😂
no im standing
yea no im ambitious, im laying down
me
I'm I supposed to be standing while on my computer? xD
ya fam, I'm upside down.
Love it! Thank you
Right after doing it: Nice that was cool
The day after: AAAAAAA SO SORE
Awesome video thanks so much.
Love this workout whilst I can’t get to gym
Are you able to advise me of a similar workout for lats and back, that I can use with this one
Thankyou
Cheers
Geoff
Thanks..I gotta work on my chest and arms bad...its so hard for a taller person to gain muscle.. 6'5" here! And really needed this..good stuff!!!
I feel you im tall to at my age
+Mike kaufmann 6"5 as well bro. the struggle is real! spend your whole life growing upwards, but non outwards
+Cameron Collins It's not about the height of the person to get muscle. It is how much fat your body has.
toodamnfob not true..its harder for a taller person
6'7" here and my chest seems to never change even though I work out a lot
i want to try this video for a month and see the results. goodluck for me :)
jether uguil results?
I loved it! Thank you so much!
Shit, that was intense!!!! I almost ended up crying... need to keep doing this, I'm lacking a lot in this area!!
Tried it for the first time and it’s surprisingly very effective. Especially the staggered push ups and side push ups.
This one right here.. My gawd!... SO SORE
I attempted this workout and I must say It really works !!!
Nice!! Lets Get in shape people!!
Thanks Jim Halpert
How many times a day should i do this?
***** I'd say once every two days
At least 3-4 times a day if you want progress. I usually do 6-7.
Bweyno thats alot i can barely do 2
+Bweyno you're over doing it
thanks, it's really work
Hey man, thank you so much!
Can anybody suggest an Upper Back workout? (Almost same difficult and same video length)
Thanks all
I can feel that! I had a hard time but If I do it again it'll get better.
I'm a girl and can do pushups without the knees but cant do more than 20 and cant do sets so instead I use my knees. my question is : can i do this exercise with my knees?
Rozin Nashef yes
Dude u just gave me the best workout ever! Thanks!
SAD i feel only my ARMS...
i dont feed my arms
Arch your back
Basic strength training is nice and all of that but this workout.. man my chest is in pain haha! Great workout Daniel, thank you so much ❤️
My shoulders hurt like a bitch am I doing it wrong?
Nah bruh
+Sujith Nakkala u nailed it
if your muscles is sore then you did a great job
yes you need to work on your form...
There is a reason for the phrase "no pain, no gain" you're doing it wrong if your arms aren't sore. The point of it is to get your muscles get sore, or scientifically break your muscle. And then let it heal, the healing process is how you get muscles back. The more you break your muscles, the more you can get bulked up.
should we warm up or cool down for this workout ? if we should can you add it to the video
Remember kids, keep your lungs open!
This was great. Thanks! I'd never seen that last variation before.
EDIT: Oh man, I did this, then your ab workout, then this again. I am spent. Thanks again!
The Staggered Hand Push Up can be dangerous. I actually hurt my shoulder with it 4 years ago and haven't done it since. Just my two cents.
it makes sense why. it puts so much pressure on your joints, which is very bad and dangerous
it should still work. I would just avoid any exercises that can put a lot of pressure on ur joints.
no problem
Great routine. Thanks
4 weeks later and i can keep up easy
Did it work?
This was amazing! I did not expect a result as good as I got.
can anyone tell me how to breath properly while doing push ups ?
inhale through the nose on the way down and exhale through the mouth while pushing up
just breathing fatty
going against resistance; Exhale Going with gravity; Inhale
Just fart it out
is it still working if i reduce the time for each exercise, or should i rather reduce the amount of pushups i do during the thirty seconds? Very grateful for the free information here. thanks!
If you absolutely must, reduce the amount of time you do it for. For example, from 30 to 25 secs. NEVER I repeat NEVER half ass your push ups or any workout.
My triceps feel more of it then anything..
That means your hands weren't far enough apart or your chest is still weak.
Elpisaur gotcha, thanks!
You're welcome
My chest didn't feel it much during the workout but when I woke up... IT FELT IT! lol
WeGottaSituationGTL what can you say about the exercise? did it give you an improvement?
I really love this workout .. my only question is that how many times should I do this workout in a week ?
he's struggling, I can imagine me D:
I am working on getting my upper body strong enough to do handstand push-ups and This is just what I needed! I'll definitely do this after my primary workouts every day. Thanks a lot :)
Handstand pushups work your deltoids, not chest.
Longest 30 seconds of my life
Thanks fb👍👍👍
He looks like tha guy from tha office
A strong jim
This is working awesome for me! Love this channel!!
that's for sure this is not for women, good luck guys that's look tough
Women can do this! This workout takes strength but this is definitely not just for men.
FitnessBlender how can get this strength to be able to do your workout???
La Bintess Dosso im a girl and i did it, but half way through i had to modify the push-ups , so instead of pushing of my toes i pushed up of my knees. But if i work on it long enough i will be able to do it like this guys. Same goes for every girl. thx Kristina Drew will start and try that
La Bintess Dosso np :)
Great workout, I have bee. with this channel forever and I am still here.
I paused the video so he can take a rest
These exercise's are great. As i followed the routine n it seem's effective. Thnx fitness blender...☺☺
I stained so hard I got a fucking nose bleed
+guffyluffybro Haha...know your limits. Tip: Have water during breaks.
This is my favorite video made by FitnessBlender
i am 14 years old and i want to start working out how many times should i do this workout per week
***** Well said man, well said
*****
hey dumbass if you train everyday your muscles wont grow, Bitch
***** the only muscles you may work on every day are the abdominal/core muscles. Everyone should know this before even starting.
Christopher Kendel Whats the resting period for this routine?
***** LOL
this was surprisingly really good! at first I snickered at the 30 seconds rest... but boy did i need it.
so in the end youl look like a tomato?
not funny at all 😂
crewcutter2030 well, if you do it everyday, you get to see the results, it takes time
i tried to do the single leg push up but i felt like my weight shifted into my left arm all the time.. do you have any advice?
thanks for the vids, i have a really good time working out.
Well my chest feels just fine, but my arms are dead :P
Anything wrong here?
+SauROnmiKE Aaaaaalright it started burning about 10min. later :P
+SauROnmiKE nothing wrong bro xD
Hahahaha
SauROnmiKE Late, but it most likely means you're chest is weak.
Robertjr82 how?
Wow! That was tough...especially doing it after UPPER BODY ALTERNATING DUMBBELL WORKOUT - CHALLENGE UPPER BODY STRENGTH AND COORDINATION. Lovin' the FBFlex program!
I Get so shaky after the exercise is that normal lol
Daniel Szczesny yes its normal
Great help. Thanks
The side pushups hurt the side of my hips really badly...
Go see a doctor, or you did overdo something while training just wait up and strech it a lot, if it hurts really much go see a doctor.
JusT ForgeT laying on the floor hurts
Willy Keurig I have the same problem sometimes, did you try do do it on some kind ow towel or something soft? just a little sponge or something. It might be because you/i don't have much ,,fat,, on our hips.
yeah, i used my blanket :3
Did it help just a little?
