00:49 - 𝗤:01 - Cart lunge forward issue - I have a 1984 Club Car and it seems like when it starts, it wants the lunge forward but then after it gets going, it runs okay. What would you look at or would replace?
03:03 - 𝗤:02 - How often should charge cart batteries - I installed 4 new 12v batteries on Sunday. I use my cart for less than 15 minutes daily. The battery meter still showing 100%. How often should I charge batteries?
04:47 - 𝗤:03 - What is the best way to store the cart batteries - We live in Canada north of Winnipeg Manitoba and we get cold in the dead of winter. What is the best way to store the batteries or do I keep the charger on them all winter? Last year they were in an unheated garage, and I charged them once a month or so for a couple of days. I heard they should not freeze.
    06:22 - 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
06:40 - 𝗤:04 - Odd smell coming from cart issue - Hi. I am noticing an odd smell once I come to a stop. Any idea what it could stem from? I have a 2013 RXV.
08:05 - 𝗤:05 - How to find the fuse panel located in a cart - Where is the fuse panel located on a 2013 Club Car Precedent i2?𝘀
09:05 - 𝗤:06 - Cart replacing battery wires issue - I have a 2008 Club Car DS and need to replace the battery wires. How do I replace the one that is routed thru the OBC?
10:15 - 𝗤:07 - Cart charger consuming electricity after fully charged issue - I have bought a Summit Series II charger. I wanted to know if this charger when charging the batteries to 100% green light, turns off automatically and stops consuming electricity? Or do I have to unplug the plug manually to avoid spending electricity at home?
11:42 - 𝗤:08 - Cart charger issue - I am interested in buying a Lester charger, however, I think that my old charger has my Controller (Curtis 1268) locked in dead battery mode and the charger will not turn on. How do I reset my Controller? I am afraid that if I install a new charger that the controller will still not let the charger work.
13:38 - 𝗤:09 - Cart better performance going uphill issue - I have a 2018 EZGO TXT Valor with Lithium and want to upgrade the motor for better performance going uphill. Will the Navitas AC Drive Conversion Kit, 600A Controller w/ 5KW Motor, EZGO TXT 48V work?
14:20 - 𝗤:10 - The cart charger never shows a fully charged issue - Have a 2010 Yamaha golf cart G29. Came with a Yamaha 48-volt charger. When I put the charger on it never shows it's fully charged.

Another nice session. I'd be interested in how lithium batteries perform in cold climates.

Thanks for watching, Ronny! We'll have some follow up questions from our techs, but we'd start with a load test on those batteries and checking the Summit II manual for the specific light fault you're seeing. We can help if you get in touch directly. Support@GolfCartGarage.com or (800) 401-2934

In warm climate, there are fewer worries, but, here's a good checklist for storage. ua-cam.com/video/oO0DLB1RR_A/v-deo.html

Hi. I have a 2013 club car president. The batterys are 2021. When changing they bubble and have oder. Is this normal. Also my back lights keeps going out, when I test the volts at them lights it shows between 13- 18 volts. Is this my problem.

Thanks for watching, Scott! Charging results in heat, causing batteries to bubble and off-gas hydrogen which can have a sulfurous smell, this is normal. It's ideal to ensure you have good ventilation in your garage or storage area. Lights and accessories should only have 12V going to them. There should be a voltage reducer feeding 12V power to your lights. There may be an issue there, if voltage reducer is failing or not installed. Let us know if you need more help! @@GolfCartGarage I just bought a 2020 Club Car with new Trojan batteries T-875 and when I first plugged it in when bringing it home I got the bubbling effect(no odor) and of course when the charger stopped charging the bubbling stopped. The next day I played 18 holes.... plugged it in and no bubbling and it went through the complete cycle fine. I just wonder why it doesn't bubble all the time when charging? My old 2007 Club Car also had Trojan's and it never bubbled. Just curious.....

Hello. I always recommend lithium batteries. For a gas cart, you may need to find a smaller one than we sell though.
