Beautiful shot. Takes me back to a similar waterfall I visited in the Sierra Madre in Puerto Vallarta 20 yrs ago. I slipped on the rocks & have the marks on my feet to this day...lol. Have to make a visit when I get home.
Bro, just took this journey with you...I must say, much appreciated. The sceneries are breathtaking...you captured this in such a professional yet local and delightful manner.. PS. Videos par excellence!! This is your second one I'm watching and absolutely love it!! Always hoped there would be some Trini out here who would do 'know our country' content like this. Kudos!!!
Well captured. Made me homesick and long for the times I roamed the North Coast shores many many years ago. Looking forward to many more of these vlogs. More vids on forgotten or unknown coastal settlements, perhaps? Keep well.
The Paria Waterfall has been on my bucket list ever since I could remember hearing about it when I was a teenager. Now that I have migrated to Calgary, Alberta, Canada I am even more grateful for you taking us along for the hike. I appreciate the honest review of how difficult the hike is!! 🧗🏽♂️You caught the most beautiful views of those secluded beaches (especially since you caught them at low tide!) the Arch and Turtle Rock with the drone. Then the view of Paria Waterfall itself was absolutely breathtaking from all angles especially the GoPro underwater view. That parting view of you feeding the fish some bread was the final icing on the cake! I feel such joy in my heart knowing that this is our beautiful country TnT🇹🇹! You did an excellent job! It was National Geographic professional level videography at its finest! Keep up the phenomenal work! If I could subscribe multiple times I would have (even though I have been following you for months!!😉) just because of this single video!!!! 👍🏽👍🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

Thank you so much buddy and I appreciate it 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 this is exactly my intention for these videos. I want to show people at home and abroad how much we have to offer 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Nice video, spectacular aerial shots of the 'Paria arch' too, which I'd never seen before. But you brave to put this up now. I thought rivers and waterfalls were still off limits. Aren't they?
Around 1970ish a group of us rode trail bikes from the Maracas direction. The amount of fall and slide out was uncountable. A good thing we had rope to pull the odd bike that slid off down the side of a hill. It was muddy and treacherous for trail bikes. I must say we missed allot of the beautiful scenery you captured... allot! Thank you again! 🙏🏼 How long was that hike and from where?
That bike ride would of been some proper action 🙌🏼 We started the hike from Marianne river on the old wooden bridge and walked from there ! The hike took a total of 5 hours, which included stopping on the beach and a visit to the waterfall 🇹🇹🙂

So my advice is the following.
-Pick a day with good weather
- leave early in the morning
- it takes about 3 hours each way (moving slow)
- maybe get a guide or someone who knows the path.
- it’s very tiring and there is some pain but its also very doable.
- lots and lots of deep mud
- take a back pack with 2 waters and small snacks per person
