A step by step GUIDE to PARAGANT bay , TRINIDAD ! One of the lesser known beaches in Trinbago!

My name is Alan Charles (the Trini Surfer) and I am here to show you the beauty of my home country TRINIDAD and the rest of the WORLD on my TRAVELS!!!
I hope YOU will come along with me ...
In addition to being one of the most scenic hiking trails in Trinidad, it is also very accessible. To do this hike, drive the North Coast Road as if you are heading to Maracas. Turn onto Fond Pois Doux Road, it does have a sign although it looks more like a near vertical driveway on the left hand side at a bend.
ark at the North Deck, an events spot that has ridiculously amazing views (they now open for coffee on some mornings). You will find a small road just to the right. Take this road basically all the way to the beach. It’s pretty steep and the concrete is a bit slippery in spots due to moss but if you go carefully there won’t be any problems. Throughout the walk down, amazing views of the north coast greet you in different spots.

Great narratives on your treks thru out the country, showcasing the beautiful flora and in some instances fauna. One sign yuh is a tru trini is when you say "reverse back" @4:14 into the video. Lol. Good job, love what you do, do what you love and never work a day in your life.

I hiked the entire Paragrant loop weekend...took me just over 2hrs with stopping to take to pics and to catch my breath from those hills...lol. Magnificent views... lovely vid.
I am yet to hike it. Must be real pain haha 😂

I remember back in the day when every beach and river we would go to was absolutely clean.
Sadly, gone are those days. It is a real pity because when I revisit the euphoria is not there because of the unsightly garbage.

I went to Niagara for the July 4th weekend with my son and his girlfriend and did an amazing nature walk down to the bottom of the Niagara River, we also went on the whirlpool aero car ride over the river, not gonna lie it was amazing.....

Wow.... it’s years I have been down there .... I’m glad to see the residents placed proper signage in the areas and even built little lookouts on the way down. It’s truly a spectacular view and wonderful beach. I stayed at a house a weekend there... no electricity... but never ending water from the spring on the other side. I remembered driving out a night to get some ‘beverages’ a night, and it was raining on our way back....., it truly tested my driving skills down that hill .... but as you said once you have a proper working 4 WD with good tyres you’ll be okay 👌. Continue to keep up the good work and insightful information 👏👏👏👏
