I see people saying why they leave Trinidad, Trinidad truly is a great place, we live in paradice. But we so accustomed looking at other beautiful countries that we forget our self.then again, I don't see we pushing that tourism drive. I find every home should work toward being and icon of attraction for outsiders to come and enjoy.

Country living is the best. No social media allows for the appreciation of community and family values. It is very possible that in the near future, people from the cities will flee to villages like Cumaca to re-learn how to 'live' again. Decent roads and a lil electricity wouldn't hurt though. Thank you Husiff.

Nothing beats the harmony of living together with other creations in a natural environment. I looked after cattle in the bushes and grasslands. With time I begun to notice things like the intelligence of these creatures. The birds, snakes and many other creatures. You man was given dominion over the creation on this earth but then came along the deceiver who convinced man to accept things like government and monetary systems of all sorts. These things are just ideas. Man is a word controlled creature. Before you control the man you need to trick him into believing the viability and conviction of your ideas. Once that foundation laid then it becomes easier to impose more and more ideas then the rest becomes history. Slowly but gradually introduce fear and the controlling becomes easier. Impose taxes and other undesirables on man and trick him into believing that the taxes, police and the military are good for his safety and protection against non-threats whatever they may be. Ultimately build up enormous weatlth and power for yourself
and at the same time control the narrative and public opinion through the media which you control. Eventually your man becomes dependent upon you entirely. Remove the knowledge which was tried and tested from him and teach him whatever you want which will make man much easier to control with each passing generation. These are some of the techniques that have been employed against mankind since the begining of man's existence on earth. Teach man to cast spell against himself without him knowing what he is doing. Teach him especially through the english language that the formation of words is spelling and teach him to say those words correctly. Don't teach him that what he is doing is actually casting spells whenever he uses those words. A simple example is time. Time comes from two syllables: ti and me. Phonetically ti comes from t and i combining the two sounds it sounds as tie the meaning of which is a bond. When you combine the ti and me it sounds tie and me which is tie; me, tie me! This time is a very good spell which at a sub-conscious level or spirit level is self bondage. Teach man to learn spelling and keeping time at an early age to make controlling the entirety of his life a much easier venture. Man becomes a selfbonding and spell casting creature without knowing it. Do not teach the man that he is one w with the all and that the path to the all is within himself and through contemplation and meditation man connects with the source of it all. Make man ignorant of such truths by teaching him false beliefs, encourage the use fornication to dissipate his creative energy and abilities, give him entertainment through sport, music and film, encourage man to use chemicals which are poisons but don't tell their true effects on his body and spirit. Call them medicine and it is the doctor who will give him the correct ones. Do not tell man that whatever man needs to stay healthy, strong and live long is readily available in nature's bounty! Destroy such knowledge generation after generation and eventually man becomes a slave imprisoned by an illusion created by the controlling entities. Meanwhile the designers of this prison system quietely take control of the resources that belong to mankind without him seeing what is happening. This my friend is where we are standing. Those who see this illusion are villified as mad!

I am from a town called Paramin in the mountains of Trinidad 🇹🇹 ..known for the village closest to God!! I was born in Maraval..I understand both sides!! I loved the peace and tranquility of my village in the 70s..but now Paramin is in soca songs and known for its Blue Devils..yes it has become modern but the toll it has taken on the roads and resources is sad. I wish I could go back those days. As the saying goes.."time waits for no man"!! You are forced to give in at som point. Solice is not forever. I will forever love my village!!

The lady who spoke last is so humble and at ease with the situation having spent most of her life there, that she is okay with ‘stream water’. That’s not okay. As a Trinidadian this hurts. Not too sure the authorities will care too much about this effort. They have never done anything to improve these facilities in these valuable sites to encourage local and International tourism. But they keep talking about it since independence. All they focus on is the 3 leading beaches but no ecological appreciation. Age old trees in the gardens and in the Savannah are cut down due to lack of appreciable attention,- allowing termites and fungus to overtake them. The trails for these places should be made more functional and safe for everyone. What a pity.

If we are from Africa, how did our population get so large? But no one ask questions they except it since they refuse to research or listen to their spirit. There is a very good chance these pole don't get as sick as those living in built up areas of the country simply because they are close to nature surrounded by all the luscious fauna. They look more strong & in their right mind than many. Such a beauty! Hope I can visit soon and experience their luxury. Sm comm, electricity & road def needed. Gr8 vid

Here every Creed and Race Finds an Equal place, and may God bless our Nation. I Remembered visiting Cumac once this is a nice place. Can't believe that the Road is in the same condition.

This guy did a wonderful job exploring and interviewing people and places in Trinidad I need even though existed. It's nice to see someone cares about the living conditions of our own Trini people. I left Trinidad at the age of 21, and now I will love to explore more of my country on my many return trips. Thank you for sharing. I hope all the selfish government of Trinidad and Tobago will extend their courtesy and help establish cumaca village..its a paradise for peace🙏

Kudos!!! I love this video. I know I once criticized your narration but this video was wonderful. Keep going, there is so much of our country’s wealth in its history and people and no one to show it!

Lol, you make me smile, thanks, my narration is bad, lol it really is, I would try and get it right, there are a few persons mentioned it, not much though, but if I want to be fear I have to accept my faults. It is what it is. I would work on it and yes our amazing Island is beautiful, there are so many places even besides the forest, nice place to go and relax free your self clear the mind. You could help me get the story out there. It's not a problem.

Beautiful place. Beautiful people. This place should be cherished and made into a prestine tourist attraction, national park. Please give these people water, electricity, and road. If I coukd only afford it, I would, without hesitation. Thank you for that video. I would love to visit one day. My love and best wishes to the people there.

I have mixed feeling on this because progress sometimes bring more problems that simple living. Look at that 77 year old woman I know people in their fifties dont look so alive. I sure she don’t take a pill.

I as well don't think she takes pills, when I was there, I did ask about some of the hubs because some wanted and she got a lot for all different illnesses, she knows her stuff.
