As someone that has adoptive children as well as biological children, some people are much more accepting of children brought into them family, instead of “having” children than others, you try so hard to get family members to accept the child(ren), as much as you do. Sometimes you over look horrid behavior from family members wanting the adoptive child(ren) to be accepted by the family as much as you accept them into your own family. I have cut off MANY family members because of situations where they made either own child or us feel extremely uncomfortable and we (my husband, our children and myself), have absolutely no regrets because our children mean more to us than the family we were born into. All our children are thriving, our little family is thriving, I could care less what others think about how my husband and I have grown our family, or the children we have brought into our family. At the end of the day, the only people that matter are the people in our immediate family (myself, my husband, and our children), and as long as we’re all doing well, with lots of love, that’s all that matters

You know it takes awhile to get a traumatized child to be comfortable so yeah they're treating her a bit better she's still warming up to having a new family once she's comfortable everything would go back to normal
@@IHaveToSwitchChannels
No most foster kids stay mentally ill or traumatized in their adult stage even when they get put in a good adopted family so no it's not going to go back to normal they will always have to treat her a little bit more special than they own actual kid unless they really try hard to spend time with their son so it's not going to ever go back to normal
The fact that this is the most liked comment is depressing and shows how people just think the worse of things.

Cope and seethe
Did she not have friends growing up?
Okay, when you describe the prosthetic leg I want to know if it's a medical prosthetic leg or if it's just the lamp from the Christmas movie called a Christmas story. It's a lamp. It's not a prosthetic leg or is it?
Also op sister thinks thst if her daughter is the only girl she is special oh hell nah
Imagine if they were able to have a second child and they would have gotten a boy. Thats a neglected child reddit story waiting to happen.
Im confused
😂 it's the lamp from A Christmas Story!!!!! Please educate yourself cause it's fake!
Everyone can see who will be the golden child aka "we always wanted a daughter"
true
Doubtful
Clearly you didn't get enough love growing up, and that is okay, but don't try to bring others down because you weren't shown proper love. Love follows love, remember that
@@0megabeam I have a feeling that we will get a reddit post from the sister if she happens to find the post.
@@rogueshark23 she pos aweful person.
Wanna bet OP is white and kiki isnt?

S1: sounds fake asf😭 No way someone’s escalates this shit this hard. Even then everyone sucks here. You knew your sisters thoughts on matter yet you pretty much still tried to force her to accept your daughter as family. Part of the reason why I think this is fake is that they didn’t confront her before that bday party. Their daughter wouldn’t have been traumatized if these two had working brain cells and saw that his sister wouldn’t see her as family
S2: I’m not even gonna get into that😭
"Hey this child is vulnerable, dont put her in situations That might stress her out"
So what does OP do? Immediately throw her to the wolves. Nah, I'm not taking their excuses, they could see the sister for what she was and still insisted on bringing their new kid into a stressful situation like that. This is on OP for allowing their child to be treated like shit. They could see their sister turn her nose uo at the kid and still insisted on forcing the kid into her life, then had the gall to act shocked even though she'd made it clear early enough that the girl wasn't welcome. OP is the asshole.
Why don’t people understand simple pronouns?! The title is ridiculous and keeps using female pronouns for their son.
The spent a good one minute rant on how they think a daughter is better than their son what jerks
ya
Wow some of you boys have REALLY fragile ego.
They never ranted that girl is better (while in real life boys are more wanted and newborn girls are being killed in some places in world for not being born as boys) you somehow managed to TWIST the very common need for haveing kids of both genders in the family...
Its kinda pathetic rly
First view..
Heyyy, timeline! Noice.
But story 2 is not a story, it's a thread..
I also couldn’t find story 1 online…
