Reality check. Sainz was the aggressive and over-optimistic one; he was the one that locked up, showing that he was just too aggressive with his attack on Hamilton and then suddenly dove into the inside, right into Oscar. Everything he said, and it was a lot, was blame shifting. Sainz committed to overtaking Hamilton but couldn't do it. Then decided to shut the door on Oscar because Oscar would pass him. If Sainz drove with the experience and maturity he said he has; he should have thought, "I screwed up and lost a position." Lastly, Sainz's comments have much to do with Leclerc being on the podium; this, I'm sure, pissed him off. He should have been penalized.
Yes, Sainz was aggressive and he took an unnecessary risk. But at one point it was clear what was about to happen, and Oscar decided to still stick it down the inside. This is why it's a racing incident and not someone's fault. It wasn't far enough into the corner to call it "Oscar's corner", in fact Sainz already switched sides way before the corner, Oscar could just brake and avoid the incident. It's honestly on both and they both payed the price for it.
Adding to that, according to the rules it was actually Sainz's corner, but it would've honestly been idiotic to penalise Oscar. The rule that entitles you the corner just because you're ahead is pretty stupid, but still, if you wanna penalise someone according to the rules it should be Piastri.
@@aramac you’re actually blind. sainz is behind Hamilton but he locks up and swerves in the braking zone to the inside line, where Oscar had already claimed that line. Piastri broke early that wasn’t risky from him, his nose was already there and it was Carlos’ fault for braking too late in the first place.
@@scsarchfirst, the block from SAI did not matter, he did not touch HAM. Second, the rules state the car ahead before the apex of the curve has the right to go. PIA should have just let him pass. Maybe it was not possible to break in time but definitely not SAI's fault
That shit literally sounded like a MW2 hit marker!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Really become a fan of Oscar’s communication dude is chilled like a cucumber in the most worst possible scrnarios
yh for me carlos is to blame, he locked up and gave oscar nowhere to go

I read everything you typed. I agree with some of it, but not all. I still think it was Sainz that was at fault.
Yup thats totally a Racing Incident
It is but Oscar ruined his race. He should have been smart and Stay out of trouble. He saw Sainz locked up and there will be no space. Unnecessary...
@@GregoryIsaacs1987pretty unnecessary for Carlos to radically change his line to the right after locking up too
@@J_Un1tdid you watch the race? HAM was on the other side of SAI... Unnecessary risk from PIA
