I love this video! I have been fixing my eating habits lately, and have been eating less and healthier for the past few weeks. The last two days I've definitely eaten too much and I don't feel so well today as a result. This is so motivating to keep my spirits high.

Unfortunately I found quite a few women talking about extreme stuff like fasting two days or cutting sugar at all for several days... thankfully I'm an adult and I knew that wasn't realistic at all.Your approach is kind and simple. Another great video. I know you have helped more people than you can imagine with your videos. Being American, we become so steeped into diet culture at an early age, that we don't learn balance and many of us when we are young almost feel a need to hide when we are eating. I'm seventy six years old now but was put on diets from the time I was five years old. However, it's never to late to learnand change out mindsets, maybe easier when we are older that younger because we've given up on out youthful stubborness of having to be right. I'm a huge fan, not vegetarian, though I don't eat meat every day or three times a day. I'm also INFP.

love your videos. I’ve been enjoying eating my favorite foods with out feeling guilty b/c of what I’m eating. I am more mindful when I want and don’t want food; when I’m not hungry but get signals that I want to eat I stop and look at the time if there’s only 1-2 more hour to eat I remind myself I’ll start pre-ping early after 30 minutes. I created a Pinterest board of foods (meals, breakfast, snakes)that I will make when it’s time for a meal or when I DONT know what to eat to get Ideas what I’m in the mood for I also remind myself I want to eat like a french woman and not in American. 😅 It helps bc after starting to do all this I realize my portions was bigger then the Pinterest girlies (still eating enough to be full😊) And lastly since I’m eating like my version of the French my snacks are no longer Doritos, Cheetos, Lays chips but grapes, blueberries fruits, smoothies, hummus with crackers, celery or carrots😊
