    In this video, you'll see what I eat as a French nutritionist for an entire week! This does not represent what I eat every single week, but it can give you a general idea of what I eat in a healthy, non-restrictive, and intuitive way. I like to enjoy what I eat and eat mainly healthy, balanced meals, but I don't obsess over everything being and looking perfect. Sometimes I eat out, I eat more than my fullness levels, or I don't have the most healthy day of eating. But that's ok because I balance everything out throughout the week!     Thank you so much for this video Lucie! I love how authentic you are. I love how you show that healthy, balanced eating doesn’t have to be complicated and it can also include foods that are more „fun“. I’ve discovered your channel last year and ever since I’ve binge watched your videos 😅 you really changed my outlook on nutrition to a big extent and thanks to you, I have a much more relaxed relationship with food.     I love how you just said that you woke up 1130am in that free manner with no guilt..and making pasta at 4am..reminds me of doing the same thing at 3am bcos I was feeling hungry…love intuitive eating over intermittent…and thanks for sharing also the time that you ate even at odd hours..that honestly does happen from time to time..you go girl!:)

    Hi Lucie 🤗 Thanks for being real and showing us the reality that is leftovers. I personally like leftovers - less cooking and being able to just heat and eat even the most random leftovers is all good and when it's all my own good food I LOVE IT!🥰 That loaded sweet potato looked delicious - I ate something similar last night just no avo or Skyr 😋

    Thank you for the video. Very enjoyable to follow you as the week progressed and what you ate. Our daughter has an air frier here and now a new use for it to cook veggies. Many decades ago my parents told me [ at about 11:00 minutes in your video] to chew food well, an enjoy - well they gave good advice. I'm first to start eating and last to finish if I don't talk too much, but I get more nutrients as a result from the advance chewing.

    Lentil dal is one of my faves. I like to add carrots and chopped spinach to mine. I will usually add the spices after the onion and carrot cook for about 10 mins. When I add the spices I mix it with the onions and carrots and let the spices cook for a minute and then I add the coconut milk to deglaze the pot. Makes the spices much better 😊

    You are an inspiration!! If I ate as much at each meal as you though at 66, Id gain 20 pounds a week!! After menopause you need way less food. Lucie, what kinds of things do you do each day? Do you just work here on social media??💜 love your ideas of grains with beans!!! Or grains mixed with veggies👍👍

    Loving this. Interested in the course because I want to eat better and lose weight. It's just tough because I'm a work from home mom with chronic pain, so my attention is more on childcare and work.

    Bonjour Lucie!
    One very helpful thing that I have learned through these series of videos is that I don't necessarily need a "recipe" to be able to cook something. I grew up in Greece (and now I live in the US), my Mom always made delicious, complete recipe meals so I kind of grew up thinking that's the only way to cook. With your videos, I gradually learn to be able to use my imagination with what I have, blend different types of foods and not think that there's nothing to eat if what I have doesn't go in the same recipe, which is how I used to think. I know it may sound silly but it's been a tremendous help! ☺️ Thank you!

    Congratulations on 50K, I am glad you got the subs back after the incident. I have a question do you think you are having enough protein? I ask you because as most of the time vegetarian I worry that I don't have enough protein.

    Is it a regular thing in France to eat burgers with a fork and knife or is that just preference? I’m genuinely curious because I’ve never seen someone eat a burger that way.

    Lucie, did you cook the tofu or eat it as is? Tofu is an intimidating food for me! Both in preparation and in taste.
    Side note: those books disappointed me too.

      Put a smashed tofu(do it by yourself)in a pan with a bit of olive oil. When the tofu is a bit orange add soy sauce mixed with the peanut butter. Wait until it looks ready and yummy. Bon appetit

    May I also ask; I love fruit too but always worry when best to have it as Ive read that having it after a meal can cause bloating due to its acidity? Also is it ok to have fruit/carbs alone or do you have to have it with a source of fat to prevent a spike in insulin? Thanks again :) xx

      You can eat fruit whenever you want, no problem, as long as you're hungry/craving it !

    I have a question. I’m a vegan, and on a low sodium diet, and a little underweight. What can I do to gain weight, while avoiding too much sodium? Awesome video, and thank you!

      I recommend starch-based diets for weight loss and fat-based diets for weight gain
      Nuts and seeds will give you tons of calories for little volume, and these are healthy sources of fat

    Oh no me and my sister are supposed to read A Court of Thorns and Roses together this summer lol I read a lot a lot and am also not a big fantasy reader the only semi fantasyesch book I have love love loved in the past few years has been The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue...other than that basically any other genre with a special love for gothic horror 😍

      French are BIG on seasoning. They’re a Myriad of reasons why her under eyes are dark, and her eyes just seem deeper set
