Hey Danial... great video as usual!!!! Even though I did my quad tips already, I still found your video very helpful and I picked up a few more pointers.
I've got the trifecta Tune on my 2010 Camaro V6 Had it for 12 Years, Steve is a Great Guy. Added Headers 2 years ago and asked for an updated Tune, no problem asked and he resent a new Tune. He even said the car was running a little richer from the Headers.

Learned a lot from watching your videos bro. New 14’ vsport owner w/ 35k on the odometer. My turbos were rattling which is common on these cars. After discovering the bulletin that address the bad design, I dropped it off at the shop this week and just got the green light on both turbo replacements. I had two months left on my warranty! Really grateful for the knowledge you put out. Trifecta tune will be coming in the near future. Thanks for another informative video

Google PIP5319E. It’s a 3 page bulletin that describes troubleshooting along with recommended replacement parts if warranted. Date stamp is 3/23/18

Will be installing trifecta tune advantage+ once i receive my 4.56 gears on the 2019 Colorado ZR2 I have. Currently on 33s but will reset tune once I'm mounted on 35s soon! Thanks for the tutorial!
Why would you waste money on performance upgrades and then put bigger heavier tires on it? Why do people with trucks add weight to their trucks then go looking for power mods!😅
@@RFlash-xc4lo well they want bigger tires and with performance mods they can get back the power the lost and gain some by doing those mods. Not really hard to figure out.

On another note I had Trifecta give me a factory tune with turned up boost on tour mode and full tune on sport and track mode because the increased throttle response and aggressive shifts just wore on me for daily driving. It's fun when your in the mood to drive aggressive but every day it just gets annoying. Took multiple tries but they finally got it right after going back and forth and reporting results.

You must not be working right now. I forgot about the custom tune stuff for intake and exhaust with trifecta. I have to email them and see if I can get the tune changed. But I'm happy with what I got now.
Question one of my front headlights just went out. Whats a good brand for a headlight and how much because I see a bunch with prices all over. Have you seen led's on this car yet or just xenon and ballast ones?

So today I just ordered my trifecta tune for my camaro 2.0T 2017 and can't wait to install it. Tho for anyone wanting to do this tune on a 2017 camaro or up there Is a extra step for you to do. Once your cable arrives, trifecta will send you an email saying they need more information and so once you get your cable you will need to give them your ecu and tcm numbers so that they can unlock it and after that they will make the tune. That's about it, I'm still waiting for mine

Great videos. I've been following them for months and it's really informative. I'm really interested in maybe giving your views/guidance on the 2.0t CTS. I see almost nothing on that model. I have a 16 model and done a couple of basic mods(CAI, performance chip) and the response is noticable but would love to do more. Just need tips. Thanks Daniel.
Thanks for watching! Do you have the LTG tune from Trifecta? I know it’s not uncommon for the LTG TO hit high 300’s and I think I’ve seen 400s every now and then. But I think you may need to upgrade the turbo if I’m not mistaken. Haven’t been following too closely but the ATS LTG owners are strong. Follow the ATS Facebook groups if you don’t already.

The only part I would argue are the dyno numbers. If you take your vehicle to a reputable shop and have it dynoed before installing the trifecta tuning and then go back to that same shop and the same guy run it on the same dyno, it's safe to say the numbers will show any gains fairly accurately. That's not to say those numbers are a tell all, as you stated. I've been trying to find a video comparable in quality to yours to see what the pros are saying about the trifecta tune on a 2012 Impala LT. I read a lot in forums, but I also know a lot of younger people are looking to race their cars. I'm not a young guy, but I am looking to add more power to my vehicle. I'm especially interested in upgrading tcm without getting neck breaking shifts day in and day out. I just need it to be there when I get on it. Hope this didn't sound judgmental or "ok boomerish." Just need some transparent feedback from someone. If anyone has anything to add, I'd be grateful.

My brother owns a 2017 GMC Terrain SLE 2 with the 3.6 L engine it’s a fun suv but performance wise we can’t find anything to l give it more pep in its step til I found this I’m going to make custom cold air intake by gutting another terrain air intake from a junk yard placing a cold air intake in it then we wanted to put a custom exhaust to make it sound more deep and now I found trifecta and they do tunes for the GMC Terrain so I’m hoping that with all that my brother car will be able to keep up with my 2014 Honda Accord v6 that’ll be interesting and fun
How does this work on non-turbo cars? I have a Cadillac xts with the 3.6 and i am wondering if this will do any good?
It will do a little but not nearly as much.

Great video. I'm actually looking at one for my Buick Regal turbo and found this video researching Trifecta in general. I know you said reliability is not an issue but I just want to clarify...are their any issues adding that much power to stock engine? I'm not an enthusiast per say, just interested in having more passing power and whatnot when I need it.
All engines are different when it comes to adding power but most turbo engines are ready to handle more. Trifecta is conservative so few confident. We have people who have tuned their car to make 2x as much extra power in the VSport over the trifecta tune and still doing fine.

You can log and send to trifecta but it won’t make much of a difference.
You have since switched to a Schmidty tune if im not mistaken by his most recent post and now hold a record for fastest vsport?

Like how do you know it’s in the car? Should see more than 16-17PSI and in park be able to rev past 3500RPM or so. Does that answer?
@@JetFuelOnly didn’t install it yet but when installed is it already calibrated 100% cause you mentioned it may need days/weeks but it only took one run for you. (Just want to make sure i get everything before installing it) thank you !!
@@biglou6484 oh I see. When starts hitting peak boost (17-18psi). Before that it will only do 10-15. Full throttle runs can help it learn quicker

, I have a 2020 Colorado Z71 V6 recently-installed the wind booster. I also have afe CDI. Is the Trifecta compatible with these two ?
Not sure what those are? Throttle enhancers?
Excuse me, I installed a AFE cold air intake and a Wind booster throttle enhancer.
I think they are ok to have together. Not sure if you need the throttle enhancer after trifecta as they increase throttle sensitivity anyway
I'm having a little issue, I'm trying to enter the diagnostic mode in my car to flash/write a tune.
But for some reason it's not letting me enter diagnostic mode. (Which is done by pressing and holding the start button but in this case it’s just powering on as usual without enter the diagnostic mode)
Am I doing something wrong or is a internal issues?
any help will be greatly appreciated.

Once I hold the start button will there be a sign or sounds that will suggest I’m in diagnostic mode. Or will it just start up as normal?
@@AnisMaknojia on the Cadillac the start button light is amber colored when it is an accessory mode, and it is green when in diagnostic mode. Actually it’s two different lights. Green on the right
@@JetFuelOnly cool. I’ll definitely look for that now. Maybe there’s nothing wrong with my car I just need to look for the light to be green …So even when the green light is on that the car will still start up normal with normal tone and screen.
@@AnisMaknojia yes. Pretty much no difference except more things get powered up internally I believe and it won’t shut off automatically after a bit
What is the difference between the Trifecta Advantage vs the Elite?
I’m not familiar with that, it doesn’t seem to be an option for the Vsport specifically
i just bought the tune but i dont see the tune in downloads. all i see is the ez flash user guide and the ez flash software. im really confused and was wondering what i could do to get my tune
It should be listed right below those. If it’s not there you will need to contact Trifecta. I am not affiliated with them

@@colecothran2601 I don’t honestly remember. I originally bought my tube in 2018 so it’s been awhile. If you have mods they will want some logs I’m sure.
There not as advertised for Silverado/GMC many GM sites agree. A few complaints comparison to pedal commander and no transmission change for the notorious 8 speed. Im happy i didn't bit the bullet and flushed $669 Canadian. It's Buyer beware
Maybe for your GMC but this tube is absolutely solid on the VSport. Pedal commander doesn’t even add actual horsepower. But some cars there little horsepower to be had.
But there’s a reason 99% of modded VSports run this tune.

Intake and blow off valves will give you a little more sound. Also catless downpipes
Just installed the tune. Installed fine but now my turbos are disabled in all drive modes. Any thoughts?
What? That’s odd. Reinstall the tune. Also contact trifecta support. They will help you
how do you disable turbos... you mean you're not showing any if at all boost and so you experience greatly reduced power after the tune yes?
No, come find out the problem was my timing chains. When code p0014 (advanced timing issue) was present the computer basically put the car into a safe state and disabled the turbos. New chains installed and codes reset, the turbos were back.

I think the 2.0 is same stuff as the ATS 2.0. Follow that group and you can make a bit more power for sure!
I bought the tune,screen shot all my info,vin,ecm data,and still...after 4 different tunes sent to me.
1st tune gave me service stibilittac system,air bag light,and the second tune they sent me set dtc engine light.pulled the codes and screenshots of all info and they sent me another tune.inall instances it had a g45 error.i cant wait around for a tune. Doing credit card dispute,and I'll send their crap back

....the plot thickens...for giggles I opened the 7th tune sent to me...and when I launched it it had a prompt to select engines.
On a chevy colorado there are only 3 options...and one was 2.0t,the other 3.6....that tells me that it was a tune for a camaro as it only has options for their powertrain a 2.0t 4 cyl,3.6 v6,the v8 and the zl1 v8.
I requested a charge back...I know it says once you open their tune there are no tefunds... but if the tune you sent me is incorrect and in good faith have communicated 7 times with them with snapshots of my insurance card to verify the vin,snapshots of my vin plate to verify the insurance card was right and sent them a snapshot the door sticker with the vin on it.
I really really want the tune to work....but either they had to layoff their tuners due to covid and have a couple guys writing a tune and dont know what they are doing.
I mean it's a canned tune!
You should just have to point and click under the right category and put it on the website.
It's not like they are even emailing it to me.
I sign in to their website to download and save the tune.
Really disappointed. May have to explore options at a local tune shop to actually get a tune🤨

rev limiter ?
Does not change RPM limit however in park you can rev it higher than stock allows
I use a dest top computer not a lap top. I guess Im out of luck.
This doesn't have to happen often. It will take you a few minutes to move your computer to be within 6 feet of the car. :) You can do it!
