I am confused! I clench my jaw, I clench my buttocks, but I have chronic diarrhea and recently often don’t get to a toilet in time so wear Depends. Gastroenterologist says I am stuck with it. I am 71 and teach mat Pilates group classes 3 x a week. Any suggestions?
Hard to say without seeing you move. I would maybe get another assessment from a doctor than can help address food intolerances or anything else that might be going on.
I don't notice any change at all in my ab or pelvic floor tension when I clench my jaw or push the tongue into my teeth. Should I? I am unclear if that connection is what is normal or what is abnormal?
