Stacey, I have just discovered your channel! Let me first say that my heart was broken for you when you received the nasty comment. I absolutely LOVE watching you! You are so frugal and hard working. I don’t own a pressure canner but I want to buy one. I live in the United States in a small town in Southwest Virginia. We are considered “hillbillies .” 😊 It’s just me and my husband and we don’t live on a farm. Just a small simple place up a”holler.” That’s what we call it when you live between two mountains with a creek or river running by. I am 68 years old and have found cooking very boring. LOL. I am definitely going to make freezer meals. And if I get a pressure canner. I will do the chicken. Thank you so much for what you do! I absolutely love you and your kitchen. That’s one of my favorite things to do first thing in the morning. I’m sorry this is so long but I wanted you to know how much I appreciate what you do. YOU HAVE INSPIRED ME!❤

Every other week or so my grocery runs a sale on chicken breasts. I'll get three, take them home and flatten them, and season with Montreal Steak Seasoning ONLY and fry them up in a bit of olive oil. I let those cool and then slice into 1 1/2" x 1/4" slices and put half in the freezer. The remainder I use for my lunches, where I can make salads, sandwiches, or even tacos. Thos three breasts give me A LOT of meat for just one person which is why I freeze half of it after I cook it. It's a simple protein and for me I can do different things with it that I don't get bored with. Sometimes I will even have some of this with a bit of cottage cheese and half an avocado. Weird combo, I know, but it is VERY satisfying! You've given me some other alternatives to try for my "one and done" meal prep that I'm looking forward to try! As always Stace, this is PRIME content, and it's ALWAYS so good to see your face! And thanks for long vid! Love & HUGS to you & Husband!

Hello, my friend! I've always wondered what the flavoring of Montreal Steak seasoning is like? I do the same with chix breasts as well. I just love it! I always worry about doing long videos as I'm super worried it will get boring. So it's nice to know you enjoy them. Thanks for the support as always Love and big hugs back X

@@FarmersWifeHomestead salt, pepper, garlic, onion, I think maybe a bit of fennel - I'll have to find you a recipe and send it to you. Even though it says Montreal STEAK seasoning, I use it on chicken and fish as well. McCormick also makes it for chicken and fish but I straight up prefer the steak one on everything. And then throw it on the grill or cook in a cast iron skillet. It's flavorful and hearty, but doesn't at all detract from the flavor of the meat. SO GOOD!!!

Absolutely Brilliant! With just my husband and I to cook meals for, I never thought to prepare multiple meals in advance and freeze them. Whatever I do make I try to make enough for a few days of "husband grazing"! Any excess leftover sauces, I save and freeze to use another time. 10 quarts of chili...freeze 7-8 quarts. Multiple stuffed peppers... freeze in individual deli containers. Your freezer meal prep is...Brilliant!! 👍

OMG! I happened upon your channel a couple of days ago and have binge watched almost every episode - butt sore from sitting here 😂. I was wondering if you have recipes for these chicken dinners - I do not believe that I could put a pinch of this and dash of that in a meal and make it work loke you do. It ALL sounds so wonderful but I need cups, Tablespoons, teaspoons etc.. to make it work. Also, I am so sorry about the 'HATERS'; they are just not worth your time - you are a very sweet lady. I live the the saying: "When I shut my mouth and walk away; it does not mean you have won. It simply means you are not worth my time antmore."

Would love to see how that cranberry and cream cheese turned out and also how do you cook the snitty? Do you thaw first or cook from frozen. And do you fry in the pan with about 1 cm oil or do you cook another way? Love your channel.
