Great setup for small cafe or pop up & events

- in this setup, it is one of the best (in my opinion) set up for a small cafe, coffee cart pop-up events serving high volume coffee in a few hours.
The espresso machine is from Ascaso, the Baby T plus
Grinder is a self calibrated 64mm flat burr grinder that does its own calibration, auto purging of coffee ground when changing grind size and auto detection of the weight of the portafilter as well as grind by weight. by the way, the rpm of the grinder can also be adjusted, and you can instruct the grinder to grind either clockwise or anticlockwise.
Auto tamper.
Sorry sir, Ascaso the Baby T plus vs vbm domobar super digital and lelit bianca V3 ,If these machine is using for small cafe around 100-200 cups a day which one you prefer (i love domobar because its can repeat my pressure profiling but i don't know about the consistency) Thanks for the answer
Baby T plus is definitely more built towards commercial. Neither VBM super nor the Lelit Bianca (worst among the 3) are built for commercial usage.
Sleek new grinder! Wendougee seems new to the market as I haven't heard of them before. How much is this grinder in SGD?
This grinder is sent to us for testing and have fun with it. I will check with my friend the cost of this grinder.
Setup is good, however it better to have machine with direct water connection on 2 coffee groups because this machine isn't so cheap. Many visitors want to drink only 100% arabica and others ask for mix of 50%/50% with robust. So why machine on 2 groups is prefferable and you need to have more space to place 2 grinders. If cafe can operate only with mix 50/50 I will not visit it more
Thanks for the feedback! This is aim at coffee carts and 2 machines or machine with 2 groups is of no issue for us as we eupply both b2b and b2c equipments. The issue with 2 groups machine is the power and mostly will require 3 phase power which isn't ideal for mobile situation. For a 100 cups a day cafe, this setup will probably be just enough.
I think Fiorenzato Allground Sense has more accurate dosing than this grinder.
Maybe. But I don't think Sense can do self calibrating and auto purging as well as hot switch to different portafilters (sensitive to the weight of the portafilter) with different weights of ground to be dispense as well as ability to vary the rpm of the motor. It's a totally different level.
I understand that they're different purpose grinders this one is rather for commercial and Fiorenzato for home use, I just commented on the accuracy of the dosing on both of them. I have Sense for couple weeks now, using it with VBM super Electronic and it's pretty accurate usually within 0.1g. It tares the scale once You put the portafilter so You can use different ones without doing any adjustments, it's a great grinder for home use.
It's true. It's good for home use. For the purpose of this video, and purpose of the setup, it will require a fast grinder. Fiorenzato sense is a much slower grinder and it's ideal for home setting. I agree with you.
@@CaffeMartellaSingapore when I think about it, after You mentioned the speed of grinding it might just be why it's more accurate because if You grind faster it's way harder to be accurate.
