Hello, Vasili. Yes, it is allowed to own guns in Russia with some restrictions. We are somewhere in the middle between UK & US. Permission issued by the police is required, from 21 y.o., pistols/revolvers restricted, practically all long barrels available (12K gauge, AK or AR15 system, bolt action, etc.)
