Gojiro7 and it goes by another name... The Ninja Master.
Gojiro7 that said, it was always Unbreakable Determination... it was just truncated to "determination". In a lot of releases. The reason it's called Unbreakable Determination, is well... that's the core of what it means to be a Shinobi.

MyNewSoundtrack the best ninja gaiden act 4-2 theme ever
Man, if the SNES Ninja Gaiden Trilogy had music like this it would have been undescribably awesome. It's like taking the original music on steroids, then equipping it with nuclear weapons and NOS. Right on - love this theme - especially sped up with a hard beat and the classic MMX sound :D
They didn't do enough with the graphics, though. It's still the same two layers just with more colors. Even the parallax scrolling redrew the same background layer each frame on SNES the same as the NES. Tecmo should have made more layers. Hell, with enough "unbreakable determination" (see what I did there?) they could have made it as high quality as Super Mario All Stars.
I would like to hear a Megaman X remix of Foster's theme.

Nice! This actually sounds better than the horrible arrangement present in the Ninja Gaiden Trilogy, and I mean a million times better. You actually made it bearable to listen to SNES style, and that alone makes it awesome.
I actually enjoy a lot the soundtrack of the trilogy version, I'd buy that game if it wasn't $300 for a loose cart xD
But Yeah, the music lacks power compared to the 8-bit renditions ...

Because there have probably been no efforts to preserve it. It’s pretty common for old games like that to have no effort put into preserving them outside of emulation because they're perceived as old and bad by today's society.

lol I love Ninja Gaiden's NES trilogy.
Five years late to the party, but I think if you're a fan of old school gaming (particularly the likes of Mega Man, Classic Castlevania, Zelda 2, and Strider), then you should definitely give the NES Ninja Gaiden games a shot. Don't let the respawning enemies discourage you, as you too can spawn forever in the first two games (the only two that have respawning enemies), and there are lots of neat little tricks you can learn to help you get by easier--some which even have you using the respawning enemies as a way to help you! The only game of the trilogy I may say different on is Ninja Gaiden III; play a translated version of the Japanese release of that game and you should be good to go, given enough practice and patience.
Awesome stuff again! And I finally know that this music theme belongs to "Ninja Gaiden". (Some weeks ago I played a Mario-Hack and there has been a level with a remix of this but until today I had no idea from which game it was) So, thank you very much - for both the great MMX-style remix and for your indirect help to identify the game I was looking for! =D
This is probably the most famous NG song in existence !
I recommend listening to the whole soundtrack of NG1, 2 and 3 !

I even downloaded the ost, one of the BEST soundtracks I've heard in quite a few months.
If I wanted to remix something from that game I'd have to sequence something from scratch and as my second semester in college already started, I have no time :(

I only played Ninja Gaiden once. Oh where did the times go? I really miss playing this one. Also, I honestly don't like that Yaiba Ninja Gaiden Z. The NES Ninja Gaiden can beat Yaiba Ninja Gaiden Z HANDS DOWN!
cyril marasigan NOBODY likes Yaiba. Dead serious, has to be one of the absolute WORST games I've ever played.
*UPDATE* After beating the original Ninja Gaiden Trilogy, those three will be tough yet memorable games. Those three games are better than Yaiba!

I mean, technically speaking, how both the intro and the song itself are from Ninja Gaiden and in MMX soundfont, it could be used for a MMX rom hack, if that’s possible.

they need to put all 3 of the nes games on PSN XBL and WIIU stores Tecmo was awesome in he 8bit and 16bit days it sucks kinda that they turned into a hack&slash/RPG/3D platformer/dungeon crawler the gameplay use to be simple power on and start and play now you have to find the keys path ways and other stupid crap
I'm not so familiar with Tecmo :(
But yeah ... a nice remake of the ninja gaiden trilogy would be incredible.
Or just porting the Trilogy SNES version with better music !
