Oh yes...yum! Do you like Butter Chicken? I did a freeze test. I wrapped them in plastic wrap and defrosted naturally. Turns out good. I didn't try them in the microwave yet though. I would rather eat yours than their pizza haha

We took a break from lessons and made 1 naan bread and the rest plain tortillas. He did not care for the plain tortillas. I added garam masala and garlic to the naan batter and he loved it. I think I will add a bit more garam masala next time but boy the smell was lovely, the taste was really good with the added spices. I have leftover butter chicken in fridge, it will go nice with it.
That's awesome...he's right the plain ones are plain...almost no taste but they do feel like they're made with regular flour to me. I love that you can make your own flavora though and with grandma's touch...it turned out perfect! 😘
Why don't you use CK Chicken flour? Mix it up the same way. The difference will be the water. You will probably need a half cup, maybe more. I would get the consistency to what mine looked like and then you can fry them 😊
These look awesome! I went to check out the ck flour but it doesn’t mention ingredients. Is it pure almonds or are there other additives (i am vegetarian and find everyone wants to add chicken or pork to things that used to be vegetarian so i have to be careful!

Hi Mike. Ok quite possibly...yes. Mix the CK flour using 360g of oat flour instead of almond or chicken flour. Do note you may need to add more water to get the batter to the right consistency.
