When I lived in Oregon the neighbor was a grumpy old couple with a small herd of chihuahuas that were completely untrained and vicious little craps. We would always complain about them barking, nothing would happen, over and over. One day it was a nice breezy summer day, and we had the windows open, shades closed, when my then wife and I took an opportunity to get a bit frisky. She was being a bit more vocal than usual, when all of a sudden i hear this grumpy old "fer cryin out loud!" right outside the window. Old guy was in the driveway and apparently didn't like to hear a younger couple enjoying their marital relations.
I never did really get along with them, but when we had a massive snowstorm i did clear his driveway as i couldn't just let him deal with the snow himself. Besides, i had a tractor with a snowblower and did the other neighbors drive and the church lot.
My mom answered the door to our older male neighbor he’s reserved but a nice guy, anyway he was wearing a robe but the women’s panties and bra on underneath were quite obvious. Lmao

Story 4: OP had their whole neighborhood backing them with only crazy neighbor’s word against them and lost?
I was renting my late grandmother’s condo from my mom. It was across the parking lot of hers in a retirement community. My week I had horrific bronchitis and was up coughing all night. I had finally fallen asleep when my phone rang at 6:30 am. It was my mom. My upstairs neighbor had just called her complaining that I had partied loudly all night with men banging on my door the whole time. My mom said, “my daughter, I wish!” I live a quiet life working in nonprofits. I called the neighbor to apologize for my noise. She was quite embarrassed about what she had thought was going on. The funniest part is that was that old lady was the one who was always sleeping around.
My neighbour has three large breeding dogs that whine and bark all the time and the neighbours enjoy having loud outside arguments about their relationship. The front yard looks like a garbage tip of old broken kids toys and broken cars.

This is why I refuse to make friends with my neighbor but be as cordial and kind as I can as a neighbor because never know who you're shaking hands with and you never know how terrible a person they can be
I don’t understand how some of these landlords care more about money than protecting their tenants from psychopaths. They let just about anyone rent from them and never do a background check to make sure there won’t be any problems in the future. And worse is they never investigate any complaints against a neighbor to make sure it’s legit or not and then act accordingly to make sure the victims of bad neighbors are protected.
Long list upcoming. Here we go:
1) He would call for pro$t!tutes while being drunk and also outside, vividly describing his preference towards not only clothing but physical attributes, out loud, so the entire block could hear it.
2) He would collect, store and even boil old leftovers from our entire block to feed his pigs. He would leave his inner doors open to release the stench during boiling (outer ones provided only a lock and no defense against the smell) so our staircase smelled like death (imagine spoiled pork chops, mashed potatoes and various types of cabbage). We would often drag him out of his place to clean up the spills, as his parcel was mere 400 meters from the block and he was drunk all the time. While his buckets were available downstairs all the time, he would not go to his pigs daily, but rather every few days.
3) He would oftentimes call for ambulances and then refuse to let medics in, too drunk and dumb to process the facts.
4) He would leave his TV on full volume and then go missing for hours if not days.
5) He would shout profanities while on staircase, mostly because of lost keys (which were already in the lock), sudden loss of ability to move (he would stand there with no memory of how to walk), misplaced beer, dropped pants.

I have a cousin through adoption stuck mentally at a pre teen mentality and this souns alot like her but mines asian.
