    GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS THAT YOU SHOULD FOLLOW TO FEEL HEALTHY.
    Sleep eight hours a day
    During a painful period, place a hot water bottle on your belly and leave it until the pain subsides, or get into a hot tub.
    An hour of walking at an agile pace.
    Daily foot, hand, shoulder and neck exercises.

    At mid-afternoon and mid-morning, you drink one of the infusions with some fruit or yogurt, or a slice of whole wheat bread with oil or fresh cheese.
