The first question to ask when choosing a nation to invade is: WHY??? Do a cost / benefit analysis... does the benefit warrant the cost? Then compare this CBA to other countries and make a Top 10 list. While creating the CBA, it will be necessary to consider the consequences of invasion. It would probably be reasonably inexpensive to invade a friendly country, and the raw benefit may be quite considerable... but the fact this country will no longer be friendly has its own cost and will likely reduce the benefit.

I'd have to disagree on Greenland, as Denmark is a nato country an invasion of Greenland would in fact trigger article 5 and the instant support of , nearby USA & Canada.. also the usaf &us Army mantain a skeleton force at Thule even now.
Definitely agree, and I'll tack on a nit pick. If you don't control finances, or more importantly foreign and defense policy you're a state, not a country. Invading Greenland is thus synonymous with invading Alaska. Easy to do but when the rest of the parent country gets involved... not so much
I'm form Greenland and we have hunter some of them knows how to shoot and hunter since they were 12
@@garion742 what if USA decides since Denmark refused to sell them Greenland so they will invade Greenland instead because there is oil? Denmark is obviously too weak to stop USA, Canada would probably scrap the obligations of NATO and stay neutral. No one knows what rest of Europe would do but it’ll probably end up in USA getting all of Greenland and the dissolving of nato

Poland has the PL-01 tank that can make it self invisible so I think they would be able to defend themselves from an invader
we don't... it was never made and probably wont be made

Anyone who has ever player Plague INC can tell you how HARD it is to invade Greenland.
true, cuz glacier
The first question to ask when choosing a nation to invade is: WHY??? Do a cost / benefit analysis... does the benefit warrant the cost? Then compare this CBA to other countries and make a Top 10 list. While creating the CBA, it will be necessary to consider the consequences of invasion. It would probably be reasonably inexpensive to invade a friendly country, and the raw benefit may be quite considerable... but the fact this country will no longer be friendly has its own cost and will likely reduce the benefit.
Love the information. Time to plan and execute
What's weird is Greenland is covered with ice while Iceland is covered with grass and a little bit of ice.

When it comes to the pacific, I don't think the US is keen on having islands in it being invaded. Too much of a strategic position.
Unless US is the one doing the invasion, they are always forgetting this possibility

I think Mauritius is the easiest country to invade. Some of you might know a ship named Wakashio. The ship was stationary in a very close vicinity for several days but no authorities acted untill a week later. Imagine if this was an attack. We would've been f*cked before realizing it.
Yeah but if it was a real attack India would have come to the rescue.

No country is easy to invade, you just need a good military strategy.
"The only resistance the invading force would encounter"
Unless they were French...
Why isn’t the Philippines in this list?
What protects New Zealand and Australia is distance... sure you could invade, but you would have to constantly supply the invasion force and it's a long long way from the northern hemisphere and not a financially viable option for you
You are like the best youtuber
Easiest to invade? Probably Afghanistan considering how many times it’s been done. It’s just not the easiest to keep.
But they weren’t successful in a full invasion multiple times…

You can find nice words for Aruba in any occasion. The invading force would want great beaches, friendly people, a huge antique refinery, and be six foot something and count your toes type of water. No one is taking the Island. The Netherlands has a force present on the Island and our sister Islands; Curacao and Bonaire. Coast guard is well armed. United States has a base on Curacao (says enough for me). Too many people of different backgrounds and business ties with other countries. I would imagine Colombia, Dominican Republic, Jamaica and the CARIBBEAN in general to assist us. ONE HAPPY ISLAND

@@zombieman333 well Greenland does actually belong to Denmark under the Danish crown. They have self governance but they're excluded in foreign affairs and defense. They aren't a member of the UN and they are not a recognized sovereign state. Denmark can gain Greenland back and abolish the partial autonomy if the Danish Folketing would want it. Iceland gained independence in the 1950s and became a sovereign state Greenland is not.
