Overpushing after a pick or two, having solid aim, and sometimes standing still are good signs that this person has played a decent amount of counterstrike and/or valorant.
Counter strike and valorant isn't a good indicator of aim especially for a game like overwatch. Is cs and Val everyone walks in straight lines and stands still its all about positioning more than aim. Compared to overwatch which is a movement intensive game. Rapid speratic movement is always more difficult to hit than someone sitting in a corner.
Green Screen Emongg always looks like an unhinged wizard in a story that flips between saying absolute nonsense and giving you the advice you need to complete to quest
Omegalol, this Cass reminds me of the folks I see in my ranked games as Support/DPS where they sit on the flank all game. And no matter how much you ping them, your team will ignore them. And then the team will wonder/flame each other for 'doing poorly', when in reality... there's been a guy freely flanking the team all game and majority of the team has decided it's not their problem. (No matter how many times they die to it lol.)
Dito, I was playing Torb and hardcarrieng my team, but the enemy dps know that and start to flanking me together the entire time. I started playing closer to my mates and ping them every time, but they ignoring me and fight 4 vs 3 against the tank and the supports. I got killed and they get shot in the back. Fun fact: they still concentrate fully on the enemy tank.
Prediction. He will camp good spots, never getting pressured out but his team loses some team fights and pushes objectives past him. The only time he repositions is on death or if no one spawns to run through his camp.
This was more of Emong coaching the other team that high ground exist and that they need to stop looking rather than him telling the guy hes spectating to go high ground every other minute
i played a game a few days ago as soldier on blizzard world and the enemy team did not look at me once i was on high ground the ENTIRE time 😭 it was insane like i think i died once or twice the entire game
This was a great video for me, I sometimes play similarly where I rely on my aim to win fights rather than aim+positioning. Overstaying your welcome on a flank or high ground doesn't get punished if you can just m1 delete everyone, so it tends to reinforce bad habits until you climb to a level where you're being punished for everything you've learned so far. Then if you're like me you're thinking...was my aim just off tonight? did I let my team down because I'm not a good enough shot? Do I really have to top frag the server just to not get rolled? And yeah maybe 1 or 2 fights goes different if I pop off and don't miss, but mostly I should have just been more aware of my team and the map.
My question is how did the Soldier 76 sneak up on bith the Mercy and Cass when they were up in that window? Could they not hear him sprinting up there?
This person is most probably gonna rank up if they move to covers during the first fight with their roll but not diving in and then when they get a pick go on those flanks but now just saving their roll because their aim is insane and they know how to live this is a fun cass to watch
It baffels me how the cass can get two picks and none of his ream capitalizes on that (not even himself) and the rest of thr enemy can respawn join their teammates then he drops down gets himself killed they cap the point after being ot for a 3 team fights
As i was stuck in silver in ow1 for some time and after that i was hard stuck in gold, its a skill issue. Im now diamond. If you improve your own game you will 100% rank up
Nope, if you doesn't have a whole team that helps you it doesn't work. I stuck in silver gold for over 6 months and I'm have every time good heal, moderate kills and I die like 5 times in a match, even as ana. When I play moira they kill me at worst 3 times.
@@goodbro2046 stop focusing on stats and start focusing on impactful gameplay. sure, you might get elims but is your team dying while you're focused on damage? are you healing when you need to be healing? are you pressuring the enemy when your team is okay? are you keeping your other support alive? etc. these are questions you need to be asking yourself while you review your replays. if you're stuck in a rank and blaming your teammates, you'll always stay stuck. that's just a fact. take responsibility for your gameplay and your games! be your own worst overwatch critic and improve, and you'll see good results.

No matter how good you are, you are dependable on your team. The bad thing is that bellow high diamond, people do not understand this, they repeat the same mistakes again and again and again, they do not learn from them, but instead they blame their teammates. This is the reason that the rage quit percentage is not getting lower, even with the increased penalties.
What for penalties? I lost 12 matches in a row and 4 of them had someone in who leaves. And please don't think that everyone below diamond think like that.
Best thing to do as Cass is position better than everyone. 90% of your engagements should be 1v1s in your favor. If you are forcing a 1v1 you pretty much HAVE to win it because you cant run away. This also means you have to be the first to be in the best angles and the first to leave a fight when your team looks like they're losing.
100% that's why chip damage with nade on a tank is such a waste. That thing is as close as it gets to a guaranteed 1v1 win vs a squishy and Cass's high mid range damage and his tankiness w/ roll and 225hp gives him an inherent advantage vs squishies.
It mostly comes down to bad matchups. Cassidy does damage by landing headshots. Bastion makes it hard to get headshots, and does so much damage that the Cassidy just doesn't have the opportunity to click on heads.
Silver is so weird, silver 2 is easy but silver 4 is hard 😭(just an fyi I'm silver 5 on dps and currently trying to get my rank on supp and i played a silver 2 game that I won very easily but then got placed in a silver 4 match and lost while also having a leaver who was our tank)
Cass is strong against any tank, if you can hit your shots :D but like right click roll right click does so much burst, specially if have HN and cancel reload! i think i got like 2k hours in OW most in McGeek.
Player has lots of elims, but his entire team is dying around him. This ended up being a support diff that could've been mitigated by the player. Not saying the supports were bad, the mercy was having the game of her life, and the flex support was in the right position for most of the game If he peeled for his pocket more, or played less aggro when his mercy was low, she would have died less and less team fights would have been lost. Bap got farmed by flanking soldier and there was no peel there either. Many times, bap died because mercy was out of position trying to keep the resource intensive DPS alive in feeding engagements.
I played a game once where a single widow on the enemy team who had insane aim kept us even until the widow started hunting our cass for 1 v 1 and we just stomped the rest of her team while our cass died like 20 times but it won us the game
@LazTheTurtleno it doesn't stop a res. magnetic grenade/hinder only locks you out of movement abilities, so it would keep a Mercy from using GA only. it doesn't prevent res or stop a res that is in progress.
Sheesh...sure 61 sounds like a lot, but with 19 deaths it doesnt mean much. KD matters as a dps because it means you have uptime, couple that with decent damage and youre doing great. The reason why it matters as well is because if you have a higher kd, that means youve actually died less than youve gotten kills, which is uptime in ow2. Positioning is a massive weak point for this guy, and the second they started looking at him was usually the second he died as well. If he can get positioning down a little bit, his aim will continue to carry him up higher than gold easy
@goodbro2046 yeah thats what I meant pretty much. If you can pull off 61 elims then your aim definitely isn't the problem, but if you're dying 19 times as well when about 15 of them at least we're positioning problems, it's positioning. If he works on that, he will climb. Otherwise, he won't get far with this current strategy of standing out in front of everyone and trying to outgun the team of 5
Damn im diamond 2 this guy's aim is as good as mine! But yeah his game sense is bad and the aim seems a bit wobbly like he needs to turn down his sense just a bit. Just needs to watch some spilo vids and he'll be good to go though, lots of potential here
