This class is for you to do during your first trimester. It is mostly hip focused but, we will also finish off with a nice grounding meditation.

Hi Brittany! I'm a 8 week pregnant SAHM with an 11 month old babe who is currently napping. I am quite active and would call myself a "retired" 36 year old athlete 😂and I must say this has been the best prenatal yoga I've found to date. It was so restorative. Stretched in all of the right places. Felt GOOD. You have a gift. Thank you for sharing it!!!

First trimester with my second baby, and it's way harder than the first! No time to just lounge in bed all day. This was a great way to start the day and get me focused, without being too much strain on this early pregnancy fatigue.
Thanks for making this video. I’ve been feeling exhausted all the time with no desire to exercise. This video isn’t too long is a great way to start my day. I feel stretched out and ready to get on with my day after doing it

I found out I was pregnant a week ago and as someone who has anxiety and depression and JUST got married, I am excited but so nervous. The comment she made at the end about reminding yourself that you’re ok was such a great moment. Just meditating is super helpful right now. Excited to do more yoga!

I’m new to prenatal yoga- tried just a few videos- I look for easy to do, quick and make me feel good inside and out. Being a mom of 2 and in my first trimester, I really appreciated this video! Unlike any other instructor I’ve watched yet, you made validated the ups and downs and kept me grounded while making time to quiet our minds, felt very calming and rewarding to do something good for our bodies and mind! 🙏🏼 can’t wait to do more sessions with you!

I normally don't comment on videos. This is actually my first ever. However, I feel so amazed and appreciative of this video that I feel the need to comment. I'm currently pregnant with my first and am in desperate need of something to help with my anxiety, depression, and fibromyalgia. This video has been my go-to on multiple occasions and I will continue to do so until I go to your next ones. This exercise is very low stress and even makes me so relaxed that I get sleepy after. Thank you so much for being you and sharing this content. I look forward to continuing to work with your videos throughout my pregnancy and hopefully, even after. You are amazing!

Some of the yoga poses were a bit hard for me because it has been a bit for me and it all felt brand new again but i just wanna say thank you when you said take a second to remind your self that you're okay i really needed that

Loved this! I was so stressed and tired being newly pregnant but this helped I do it in the morning after a walk and at night before bed

This was such a good stretch, thank you. I ask that you please re-record the audio as it cuts to a much lower volume about five mins in. Excellent video though, I was still able to pump up the volume and follow along ❤️

Hi! Is this yoga safe for absolute beginners? I was so happy I found this. Usually, I am not a very active person so I needed a change. I already manage to do this session 4 times this week! It is not super easy peasy, but not hard. I really do enjoy it! Sadly, after this video, another yoga video started playing and the lady said if I did not do yoga before my pregnancy, I should not be starting in the first trimester and so said the google.. :-( I've alredy had 4 miscarriages and I am now scared I should not have started this... please save me someone!
O gosh Verunka I’m so sorry to hear about your pregnancy struggles. Moving is better than not moving and if the practice felt great for your body then that is awesome ☺️. If you are nervous about continuing the practice then I highly suggest you show the video to your doctor or OBGYN and see what they say. My thoughts are with you and if you have any questions at all please feel free to write! Brittany

Hi Renee! It totally depends on how you are feeling. If you're feeling good then you should be able to do most of it. Modify as you need 😄
