Written application addressed to the Municipal Agrarian Reform Office (MARO)
• Deed or instrument to be registered.( Original Title
• Certified true copy of TCT or OCT and Tax Declaration (TD) (Registry of Deeds)
• Affidavit of Transferor - to be filled up/signed by the Vendor/Donor.
Affidavit of Transferee - to be filled up /signed by the Vendee/Donnee
Affidavit of the transferee that he/she and spouse have a total landholding inclusive of the land to be acquired of not more than five (5) hectares if he/she is a non-beneficiary of Agrarian reform and three (3) hectares if beneficiary Agraraian reform beneficiary.
Affidavit of non tenancy
Certificate of Aggregate landholdings of the Seller/ Donor and Buyer / Donee
Municipal assessor
City Assesor
Provincial Assesor

Take note po, ayaw ng DAR na hadwritten ang pag-fill-up ng form. Ilang beses po ako pabalik balik. Napakahirap po.

Sir paano kung ang nabiling lote 700 sqm ang 300 sqm ay residential at 400 sqm ay agricultural. Pwede bang wala ng dar clearance?
