✦INGREDIENTS:
• Chicken cut into bite size pieces
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• salt / pepper to taste
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 1/2 squeezed lime
*marinade 15-30 min.
• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 onion
• 2 zucchinis
• sm. bag golden potatoes (cut in 1/4)
• sliced mushrooms
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• salt/pepper to taste
• 2 tsp minced garlic
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tbsp chili powder
*top with unsalted melted butter *optional
*top with chopped cilantro
