Hey - this is a known issue and the developers are working on a fix. No ETA on when its going to be deployed. A work around for this is, reload your overlays from the activity feed or right click the browser source -> properties -> clear cache.

User cooldown is specific to each individual user. So user cooldown of 30 seconds means if Joe does something, then Joe can't do it again for 30 seconds. A global cooldown is for everybody. So a global cooldown of 60 seconds means that if Joe does the thing, then nobody- even Jack- can't do it again for 60 seconds.

Is there a way to disable redemption confirmation messages (without disabling timers/chat commands and other goodies)?
Hi, there is currently no way to disable the confirmation message, but it will only play for chat redemptions. Redemptions from the store page or the panel extension will not return a confirmation message.

Yes, maybe the audio you added begins in silence and then it really starts when the video has already passed or has already started some seconds before. Try to review the audio. (This could probably happen with the video too)

Hey, if you want to change the cheer alert, you can do so from the alert widget settings in your overlay editor. Just go to My Overlays -> big pencil on the overlay -> click on the alert widget -> cog wheel on the cheer alert -> variations -> cog wheel.

Hey, if you want to show the redemption on screen, you can use the redemption widget added to an overlay in order to show it on stream. But you don't need to be live in order to get the alerts or activitiy feed notifications.

Check to make sure you have Browser Source Hardware Acceleration disabled in Settings>Advanced.

How did you get that option to change "Redeeming this item shows an alert". In mine there is no option above "Reddemable via chat".
You have to select "Stream Perks" under item type. That should do it. :3

Make sure you're using a modern browser like Chrome. Edge in particular is notoriously missing a lot of functionality other browsers have.
