I love your channel, and your tips are great! I was able to hit Affiliate in a week, I have regular people that join the stream and love to chat and hang out with us, and I got like 10 subs as soon as it became available along with a hype train the minute I got my affiliate status. I love the sense of community in Twitch when you are able to do it right and create what almost feels like a family.

People, you just need to apply the rules and stick with them. It helped me get up to 3.5 k followers. I might not stream a lot but I do play with my followers. mind you it took a year to get to where I am at.

Hey @Wild4Games, I have a question! What would you recommend single player streamers (I.e. focuses on single-player indie games) do for “playing with viewers”? Could we try multiplayer games every so often to make this option available for viewers without losing our style of stream?
Yes I HIGHLY recommend "playing with viewers and multi games" Twitch is about engagement and playing with them falls under that.
Just make sure you make it fair for everyone and don't alienate or play favorites ( If that makes sense)

What can you do about trying to be entertaining, but also while being quiet? Streaming with thin walls and a sleeping baby in the house is never a good thing. And when I try to be entertaining yet quiet, i just come off as weird.

I have a question. Does gaming with people alienate other people? I game with others almost daily but it is often the same large group of people and while those ones game with me, they’re not always even watching my stream. One of the things I have been trying have been to always say "we". Like "we" have new merch, or "we won that round!" or "we just got a new logo." I have also done viewer play days where I play a selection of games that ppl can either join my voice chat and play a game with me, or do games like marbles or Stream Racer. My viewers enjoy stream racer because they can use bits to blow up other racing cars lol. There are certain things they enjoy seeing and I try to give that to them because they support my stream. I want to be sure I give back to them by engaging with them as much as possible.

about the viewer game thing. what do you think about being in voice chat while doing viewer games? i watch league of legends the most and it always feels so messy when there's five people talking, and the streamer can't even really focus on their chat anymore. i personally don't really like that, both as a viewer or as a streamer. are viewer games without voice chat okay?
The solution is simple. Don't play those games at all if you want to utilize this tip. You can't always have a one size fits all solution here

I have had 3 subs in 1 month which is great I got emotes that look good but on twitch in order for me to make more emotes i need 15 subscriber points what is that it says i have 0 out of 15?
I would like my first sub on twitch, i believe im unique lol.. I rock either a actual WW2 helmet or my Dark Edition MW Night Vision Goggles. Thank you for the advice, ill look back one day and thank you with the s/o and good teachings.

I have a big issue with half of my followers just coming into my chat and boosting themselves and ragging on me "oh I looped this person for 10mins! Oh you missed that shot lolol"
What do I do about this behavior? I normally try to ignore it not acknowlesge it but they leave. Should I feel like good riddance or is there a way to turn them into allies and not critics who use me to make themselves look better?

Do I have to have certain amount of followers to have subscribers on my twitch or a really doesn’t matter at all or I have to do a certain task to unlock that feature can you let me know because I don’t know anything like that about Twitch and The same thing goes with bits do I have to unlock that feature some people can support me.
You need to be a Twitch Affiliate to have subscribers and bits. Luckily I have a video that might help you out.

I need help! I was looking at my Twitch VOD and noticed that stream wasn’t picking up my friends audios in Fortnite. I play on Xbox one and they are on PS4. We talk in game chat and my stream wasn’t picking up their audio. It was only picking mine up. I would like to know if there is a way to fix this. Party chat volume is at 100 and Game volume is at 20. My Twitch channel is Serchum.
I normally turn on and off my controller and it works

Hey wild I'm a big fan and I love your videos but I have a question hopefully you see this but when I stream and somone joins they dont talk in chat most of the time like 1/8 people actually talk to me and have a conversation
Keep in mind as the entertainer it's your job to talk to them not their job to talk to you. Try asking open ended questions or making jokes. Even the quietest viewer will chat an LOL once in a while.
