I keep one deactivated generator next to the response station, and activate it when a storm takes out the entire park’s power grid. Then I can send one Jeep to repair some things while I manually control the other to fix the fences; and use the chopper to tranq the dinosaurs that escape.
Pretty easy once you realize to research power and just set up amenities and shelter and bathroom and hotel and viewing gallery. I had a big learning curve too, think it took about 15 or so hours untill I stopped being so noob
It's been so long seeing this type of gameplay. Starting with electricity reminds me how important this really is for any games I've played. On a different game, I'd try to destroy the generators so the base I'm raiding is paralyzed. I'd also go with saving in the game. Helps a lot unless there's an auto save. In case the game crashes.
I’ve found that in aggressive creature’s enclosures, it is good to keep your cars near the side. My T.Rex likes to hang around the centre of the enclosure and therefore isn’t too happy when a car comes straight through the middle and invades his personal space. 🦖=😡.
I had them in my trex enclosure with two trex all the time without problems until they died of old age. But in a raptor enclosure where some had aggressive perks they got eaten very fast.. So you can actually make carnivores more tolerant to other species with gene manipulation. This will help you a lot. But for my example i had two normal trex without any negative or positive perks and I had no problem. But you need a bigger enclosure and enough meat stations and more than one water hole, don't know what exactly helped. But it worked. And for hunting carnivores it helps to have both stations. The "dead" meat station and the hunting station. And I think the some of dinosaur behavior is a little buggy right now. So it will all work better after a few patches. PS. I have seen even a lot of herbivore species that were able to share their enclosure with compis. I will test that later.
Another good tip is you should save regularly so if you make a mistake you can fix it for free it just costs a few minutes of play time which are usually the bad minutes anyway.
@@RanRayu yeah im the same it was more aimed at the younger gamers as they are used to auto save rather than manual and common sense doesn't exist anymore XD
Solid list! Wider walk ways seems to help a lot. Also the mods for the shops I just put the ones that make you the most money and mostly ignore the colors, just watch the $ go up or down.
The money tip is definitely one of the most helpful, I'm restarting Chaos Theory for the 3rd time because the fucking storm ruined me completely, velociraptors and Parasaurolophus on the lose, multiple broken fences, no electricity and no gas, but this time I am now gonna plan ahead, because honestly the first storm frustrated the hell out of me.
Aggressive traits aren't always a bad thing. The thing is if that Triceratops didn't have the weak trait and had a bit better attack or defense than the other ones she would stay as alpha and you would almost never have fighting if the others were social/humble. Having at least one aggressive one is needed sometimes they just need higher defense or attack than the other members.
the only real problem i have with this game is that dino are way to expensive for how little money they give you back most dinos dontr even give their entire costs back their entire lifetime which is broken. You absolutely need cheaper incubations X2
I just started the second level of the campaign and it's funny because I know you can stop time and fast forward, but I can imagine the in-game time of 5 MINUTES IT TOOK MY CARNATAURUS TO BREAK OUT OF ITS ENCLOSURE.
for carnotaurus you can put sand around, and the other needs like prey and water, and also remember to provide more open space for your carnotaurus enclosure and applying all of that will make your carnotaurus happy
I keep the generators but I always place them near critical buildings, so in case power goes out from the power station, the generator powers those buildings till repairs are made
Maybe storm protection is a good thing to have, i played the game last night and got pretty far until a storm came... lets say i get vietnam flashbacks whenever i hear thunder
I'm on the campaign mode in washington...and I haven't figured out how to unlock electricity yet. I'm having major issues with creating the herbivore enclosures...they are never happy...either not enough nut trees and/or forests....then when that gets satisfied there isn't enough space....it's been super frustrating...i've doubled the size of the enclosure and they're still not happy and keep breaking out....I'm so frustrated b/c I've literally tried everything and they're just NOT happy no matter what!!!
Bruh same herbivores can be SO picky… so now enclosures that were small in JWE1 will for SURE not work in this one in terms of size. Nublar 15 leaves me stumped.
Is there a way to have a separate route that the rangers would take? I don’t like seeing them plow through the guests like that hahah even though it’s funny
cant avoid it, for some stupid reason its a key feature of the game. and it is really stupid, why do we need to tell them when they should go rest? dont they know themselves when to take a break? why do we need to pay them to take a break? i have an awsome boss where i work, she is the mother of my best friend so i couldnt be luckier, but while she is great, she doesnt pay me to go drink some tea xD
The fighting and constantly hurt is annoying. Also I run out of room trying to put multiple dinosaurs in the same pen you can only have so much stuff for them to eat. Anyone have this problem?
Solution if you have a bad dinosaur is to tranq it, then sell it off rather than letting it die. I think it negatively impacts your park if you just let them die off. You don’t get much for sell them though..
@@calebrayner4921 the sabotage is easy, just pause and delete the gates. do the same with broken fences during storms or when dinos get pissy. as for the storm, only thing you can do is save up about 3-4 mill to not go in the red during the storm and wait it out.

How do you automate ranger tasks someone help😢
In the first game, you can have multiple ranger stations, though it was easier to get 3 vehicles so usually that’s enough to deal with everything.
can we have multiple ranger station or multiple vehicles in the 2nd game as well? bcz idk how to
