In-depth tutorial on how to land a helicopter. Basic maths to start out with on calculating rates of descent but we move very quicky into the key principles of landing, and what to watch out for on the dash. Groundspeed, Rate of Descent, Height - all these are crucial.

FYI - the two lines side by side on the collective stripe are not the autopilot setting - that's the optimal auto rotation position. The = is your collective position, but if you want to match the AP, you should move that until it's beside the little yellow tik in the middle of the tape
hows your trim release so smooth? I end up doing a loop or side tracking at warp speed?
