Really enjoyed this recipe. I’m down about 30 lbs since last year, but wasn’t really trying until recently. I’ve lost around 16lbs in the last month or so and your meal preps have helped a bunch. Love the anabars too! Advice on this recipe: avoid over cooking the chicken!
@Yaahboi52 Skip breakfest as it's a scam industry can drink black coffee in morning if you need some energy. Meal replacement shake for lunch I just drink a protein shake and take some vitamins. I workout in the evening so I just have a protein shake post workout to tie me over till dinner. For extra help with weight loss I'm taking thermogenic supplements first thing in the morning that has caffeine as I'm not drinking coffee. That only leaves meal prep for dinner. But you can also meal prep for lunch if you got the time.
honestly, thank you for making these recipe videos for meal preps..my problem with meal preps is that I have no idea of how to make my food taste good or to make it fun! you give great tips and instructions. in my opinion, you're one of the few fitness streamers who go more into detail with their preps than other streamers. keep continuing the heard work!

I made this. I followed the recipe (experienced cook, here). The 40 g. sucralose seemed like a lot, just as he said, but I did it anyway. OMG, it was so bad none of us could eat it. Maybe the brand of sucralose? I ordered it online because I couldn't find a suitable product in my limited grocery stores. I'd love to hear what brand of sweetener people used. I think the rest of the ingredients would make a great recipe, but I need to find another way to sweeten it! Thanks!
Are you sure it’s 40g of sweetener? When measured it looks like less than 1/4 cup of sugar and it looks like you’re adding a lot more. Am I measuring wrong? Thanks
Excellent recipe and easily made even lower carb by cutting back on the rice and upping the broccoli. Just wish you had a low carb Anabar but I’d love to try them just the same.
I'm a homeless woman got a cast iron pan for cooking trying to get down to 120 from 192 i was 300lbs when i first became homeless and I'm always on the go eating once a day I carry anywhere from 80-120lbs on my back where ever I'm going I challenge you to find a meal plan for a life like that because I'm tired of eating the same thing everyday and could use some ideas.
how do you have any idea how many grams of which foods you need? everything looks easy but i could buy pounds of the food and not know how much of each for daily consumption.

I can do perfect stove top rice, I'm waiting ... 😘 Botan, rinced, water about an inch higher than the rice, boil down to mush, cover and move to a low heat burner for 20 min, fluff rice after and...try not to eat it all! I learned a lot here that will make the chicken and rice game better, thanks man!
@remingtonJames pro tip if you cut your chicken breast against the grain it is more tender and easier on the jaw. this will help when you get tired of chewing chicken

Ok so I meal prep but I’m a truck driver, so there is no where to heat my meals. So I went on Amazon and found a lunchbox that heats my meals. Makes the food taste better bc it’s not being superheated. The lunchbox has a cigarette lighter plug and a wall plug for you guys that work in an office.
I been on the anabolic diet for few wks now, haven't meal prepped yet but JUST bought some containers yesterday...man this vid is perfect timing! I already got the G Hughes Teryaki sauce maybe ill try that instead of making my own 😏 🤔 ....u know we love our g hughes sauces

This one is crazy good- the kitchen shears for cutting chicken, the broccoli in oven with seasoning, the rice cooker. etc...also this looks sooo good. Going to make some of these up for me the hubby.

Pro tip: use soy free coconut aminos instead of soy sauce. It’s a milder but better flavor, and waaaaaay less sodium.
