Your lunch meal preps are the biggest life savor for me given I work 12 hour shifts and I work ALOT. I do update every video you release 😂. I started at 294. Now down to 246.6. 47.4 pounds down and continuing to count it down! Thanks for doing what you do!

WARNING to people who make this, do not use chickpea paste! Banza is my go to it’s got great macros and tastes great, however you have to cook it exactly how the package says. I tried this recipe with it and the pasta was super mushy and starchy and most of the broth wasn’t absorbed. I will have to try this again with regular pasta. Other than that love your recipes man they taste like normal food easy to make and got good macros. Has been a huge help for my weight loss. I’m only down 10 lbs and my goal it’s to lose 40 more. I’ve always struggled with the food portion of weight loss in the past. I could never find healthy recipes that tasted good until I found your channel.

I added this to my rotation before I even watched the video. The other protein pasta and the Asian hamburger helper (what I call it) are a constant and they are so good. I've been steady at 210 all summer and while that's not my end goal it's going to be the first time I went through a summer in a while where I didn't gain 5 or 10 lbs. Not gaining weight in the middle of the summer madness is a victory unto itself.

Weigh the cooking pot when it's empty and then weigh it again once you're done and then subtract the original weight so you know how much the food is and then divide that number by the number of meals you want five or 10… That will give you the number of grams You need to scoop into each individual container.

There’s no HEB here so can you help people like me cuz Kraft is like $5 for 7 oz of cheese and that’s tough 😢
Just made this one. What I really love about it is, you can change the flavors up with different seasoning and cheese. This is a banger for sure I added some sliced garlic pickles for more of a burger flavor.
