I've had your Oreo Mcflurry recipe every night for around 700 nights in a row now, I do Omit the greek yogurt and sometimes I use "small Oreo crumbs" that I purchase off Amazon instead of the Oreo cereal. Regardless this is how you've changed my life and I've yet to burn myself out on it. I appreciate the videos.

I feel like I am cheating but in the best way possible haha. My biggest problem was creating a meal plan with calories and protein and sticking to it. Snagged a food scale off Amazon and couldn’t wait to see if I win a box of Anabars ,so I bought a box. Got it 2 days ago, yup, they are the best tasting I have ever had. I am 52 years old and been really struggling to get back into the kinda shape I was before I fell from my roof a few years ago. I wish it was a cool story but I fell putting up Xmas lights and broke both arms. I am fully recovered but got out of shape and now being consistent has been tough. The hardest thing I have found I need to overcome is my diet. I am not losing weight and I am sure it’s because you can’t outwork a crappy diet. Got to try this. Looks great and easy to make. Don't think I could eat the entire in one sitting but another good way to get in your protein. Probably split it up to 2 meals. Crunch up the chips and eat with a fork

Hey! Long time viewer and this looks amazing! I want to ask if anyone has a flavor comparison for this using regular white corn tortilla chips. Remington describes normal tortilla chips as horrible for you, but it would seem the from a calorie perspective the quest chips are relatively the same calories for volume (about 140 calories for 1 0z). The major difference is you are swapping carbs for protein, and you would trade about 60 grams of protein for 60 grams of carbs (both equating to 4 calories per gram). The reason for my question is this looks amazing for a movie night with the wife, but she just cannot handle this much protein in a single meal as it upsets her stomach. Besides the obvious difference in flavor due to the flavor of the quest chips, is there another horrible difference I am missing in understanding the macros of normal corn tortilla chips versus the quest chips? Any feedback would be much appreciated! Please fell free to school me on tortilla chips LOL.

One thing I like to do in place of the water in recipes like this is to use chicken/bone broth. Adds even more protein and a few calories with lots of additional flavor!
Pro tip: Nonfat Greek yogurt can be used as a sour cream substitute, which goes great on Mexican food and gives you even more protein.
I do this all of the time and its seriously one of the only subs that I can't tell a difference with 👌🏻

Hey! Long time viewer and this looks amazing! I want to ask if anyone has a flavor comparison for this using regular white corn tortilla chips. Remington describes normal tortilla chips as horrible for you, but it would seem the from a calorie perspective the quest chips are relatively the same calories for volume (about 140 calories for 1 0z). The major difference is you are swapping carbs for protein, and you would trade about 60 grams of protein for 60 grams of carbs (both equating to 4 calories per gram). The reason for my question is this looks amazing for a movie night with the wife, but she just cannot handle this much protein in a single meal as it upsets her stomach. Besides the obvious difference in flavor due to the flavor of the quest chips, is there another horrible difference I am missing in understanding the macros of normal corn tortilla chips versus the quest chips? Any feedback would be much appreciated! Please fell free to school me on tortilla chips LOL.

One thing I like to do in place of the water in recipes like this is to use chicken/bone broth. Adds even more protein and a few calories with lots of additional flavor!
