    You look FANTASTIC in this video.
    I've been "out of control" with my eating lately. I use quotes because I KNOW I am in control and that everything I do is a choice. I've just been struggling with it. The second I get in my car after work or on my days off, I just don't take control. (Don't want to say I feel out of control or that I lose control). And it's NOT because I am restricting anything. I do have times where I consider going back to more "diety" behaviors. Maybe I should start tracking my food again. Or the idea of trying another Whole30 sounds intriguing. But I know that this "out of control" eating is simply "a sign that stressors in my life surpass the coping mechanisms that I have developed." Going back to a "diet" is NOT going to fix anything because it doesn't address the root of my problem. It's like wearing shoes that are too small and give you blisters and putting bandaids on the blisters instead of buying new shoes that fit.

    Last night I had a binge fest on some thing I have never binged on and have had in the house for months. I know it’s going on in my life that’s contributing to this and I also wonder I should go back to “diet-y” behaviors.
    I’ve binged more in the last month than I did for years. I’m still new to intuitive eating, but I think I’m gonna put stuff back in my car.
    AND I just looked at the box of the food I overate. It’s got THAT sweetener in it!! ACKKK

      There's no need to go back to diet-y behaviors. Your primary issue is you beliveing that having GUIDELINES and routines for yourself automatically makes them diet-y! You aren't living in the spectrum of color, but instead, total black and white thinking, and until you can reel in those thoughts and let go of "all or nothing," the food will not feel like something you can control.
