You can do a single custom key on previous RS gimbals. RS 4 added a 2nd assignable custom key

I was on the fence and now with the custom buttons you showed I think I’m going to buy. Watched a bunch of videos and the site doesn’t mention that. I also like like to see the smaller handle on there as I don’t need the extra weight of the larger one

I wish the companies would invest in R&D to truly innovate in this field. Feels like we're getting a variation of the same product for the last 10 years.
Great idea to add camera shake in post to give the shot a more organic feel. And the technique for using a button programmed to switch between AF and MF is a great choice.

Thanks for the great video! Quick question (for the RS3). I've assigned the M button to C1/Fn Button Mapping for AF/MF toggle - awesome idea!! Only now sports mode does not work anymore (which would be long press the M button). This seems like bad design. Am I missing something?
Can you also toggle the AF/MF switch on the RS3 Pro?

Totally confused! You showed the focus speed settings on the camera and soon you also showed the external focus motor in the gimbal!! So which one is actually doing the job??
Can someone help me out I’m still not quite understanding. Is the focus motor only useful for prime lenses or lenses with internal zoom?

Another great tutorial! But I am confused. At the beginning, you set up the focus in the camera menu, and later you show that you use the DJI focus motor.

Do you have a 2nd Video going behind the scenes of shooting your tutorial video. For example when your shooting your conversation about close up scene of Mark 2 on the actor: You seemed to have one or two shooters documenting what you were teaching.
One of them wasn't focused on you and was using a verticle 'pole' handled gimble?
Or was that an entirely different shoot about the three girls who were interacting with each other in a street space that also included you doing your training video about Ronin 4?
And their was only one extra shooter documenting your tutorial about the Ronan
If it is the latter, do you know who the other active shooter was, who was shooting the three girls? I can imagine that would be a video found in the edit. Also an interesting start to that video would be for you to sample the video playing on videotron in the background and in post do a "pull back shot" that changes the focus point from the woman in the video to you explaining the video and where your actor will be when he is in Mark 3.
Anybody knows if he uses stock gimbal settings or he has a video with his settings?
they needed to add aperture and ISO control via bluetooth to this gimbal to take it to the next step for me, its about the same as the RS3

With so much background movement, the rolling shutter of your camera starts to come into play. I was getting a touch of motion sickness from the video. Time to upgrade and get a global shutter camera?
Hello, I just got my DJI RS4 and love it, but I have a question. Is it normal for the pan axis to have a bit of wiggle when locked(the gimbal is turned off)? I only used it once so I want to know if this is normal or a potential problem. It’s my first gimbal so not sure what to expect. Thanks
The motor locks are always a little loose, yes
