For real! Launching my cat on non slick tires was a bitch most of the time, even on a roll I couldn’t put the throttle down. I’d be spinning unless I do a launch from 70-80 lol but good slicks are a huge game changer! A lot of power to 2 wheels🤣

The 2019 dodge charger Hellcat, according to Car and Driver, does the quarter mile in 11.4 seconds at 128 miles per hour, and that is on the factory street tires. Also according to Car and Driver, the 2019 GTR Nismo( not the GTR here but it is the fastest factory GTR) does the quarter mile in 11.1 seconds at 126 miles per hour. The GTR has a slower trap speed, but from the factory it is faster off the line because of computer-assisted all wheel drive. It lost to the Hellcat in this video because the Hellcat had slicks. The drag slicks enable the Hellcat to be faster off the line than the GTR, but with or without the slicks, the Hellcat runs a higher trap speed than the GTR from the factory. Maybe the video wasn't that clear to you, but to me it was rather obvious the GTR was not catching up to the Hellcat.

@Jerry white sorry but you are wrong. The 2019 dodge charger Hellcat, according to Car and Driver, does the quarter mile in 11.4 seconds at 128 miles per hour, and that is on the factory street tires.
Also according to Car and Driver, the 2019 GTR Nismo( not the GTR here but it is the fastest factory GTR) does the quarter mile in 11.1 seconds at 126 miles per hour.
The GTR has a slower trap speed, but from the factory it is faster off the line because of computer-assisted all wheel drive. It lost to the Hellcat in this video because the Hellcat had slicks. The drag slicks enable the Hellcat to be faster off the line than the GTR, but with or without the slicks, the Hellcat runs a higher trap speed than the GTR from the factory.
Maybe the video wasn't that clear to you, but to me it was rather obvious the GTR was not catching up to the Hellcat.

They will buy them and since they are race fans they will take them to the track but that is not a every day job for them.
