Thank you so so so much! I have been suffering from shoulder blade pain since 2011! It's like needle sharp pain. The pain is not regular but it keeps coming back from time to time. Thank you so much for these exercises! 🤍
I enjoyed the video. I have been doing coffee enemas since 1995 when I was 13 years old for pain relief and pain management, detoxing, fitness, health, wellness.
I have this terrible upper back pain. I want to get rid of this. Its been a year now...its terrible. Suggest more techniques. i tried the ones you've shown here. Its gave me a momentary relief. Probably, its going to take a refular excercise regime. Suggest more techniques please....
Whenever your standing try to remember to squeeze your glutes, pull you pelvis in and squeeze shoulder blades together. This will help to align your posture
Excellent video Tim! Just wondering what exercise/stretch would you recommend for pain and stiffness right around T12/L1 spinous process and tight erector spinae
Reason why it hurts because you kept on staying home and being stiff and it's never straight, and also not active for sports and exercise, your back is just weak, you just never do sports, order way to fix your back is to start doing sports, exercise, and straightening your back, but if you dont do sports, then your back is gonna hurt for ever (not trying to be rude)
Thank you so much is currently 12:00am and I couldn’t sleep because of my back this helped alot👍🏻
