    I will be 83 in August, but found this quite doable - well, I did need assistance of the chair - but I felt really proud that I could (sort of) make it! I've previously tried Pilates and found it too challenging, but this was great! Thank you, Lauren. I follow a few of your other workouts too, because I like a bit of variety, and using different groups of muscles. Thanks again!

      wow, good for you my dad just turned 85 and there is no way he could or would even try this work out. You should be proud. I have bad feet so work outs are difficult and I am only 59, turn 60 next month. You give me inspiration

    Lauren, I love the all standing Pilates. I have a weak esophagus and I can’t do exercises on my back on the mat. I would love to see more all standing Pilate and AB’s. Thanks so much, I am so appreciative of all you do for us. Diane

    Lauren, this was my 83rd consecutive workout with you…( I take weekends off 🙂) I amazed myself today…lol….Did this workout with complete ease. That’s thanks to you. For all those struggling, hang in there and stay committed. You WILL SEE AND FEEL RESULTS 💪🏼☺️!

    Generally a fan of these short formats - 15 - 20 mins. can always be worked into the day. Nice to have some variety. Also, the standing work is easy on the neck. On the floor, it can get flared up for some reason - maybe bc mine is quite long and skinny. But, I do enjoy more challenging options.

    It’s a strange thing: I do barre - barre becomes my favorite, I do Pilates - there is no better gymnastics than Pilates! Lauren is the one who makes this happen. Thank you, Lauren, for all my favorite gymnastics!❤❤❤❤❤😊

    Hi Lauren, First let me say that I love all your workouts! I'm 63 years old, and very active, and weight conscience. This workout was challenging, but doable; to me it also had a little aerobic feeling. I definitely had a little perspiration going on. I personally would love to see another Pilates standing workout with a longer duration. Keep your wonderful workouts coming. I especially love your kickboxing workouts, I'm a big fan of kickboxing.     This was perfect for doing a quick workout in my small RV on a rainy day! I love how gentle but effective your workouts are on my body. It’s teaching me that I don’t have to pound myself to pain and exhaustion (and then to avoidance) to look and feel great. Thanks!

    HA !!! Thank you for being human at 15:59 (I saw that look) ... Great workout. Love the challenge yet doable. Would love to incorporate push ups in some workouts. I think its a powerful yet omitted in workouts. We need to do them, even if modified.

    This workout has just the right amount of effort needed to nudge things along and help motivation in the lazy post Christmas holiday season. Not too demanding but enough t get me back to a routine.

    Am really loving these workouts. I use the chair a lot but that’s okay as I’m practicing my balance every time. Was kinda uncoordinated on some of the moves, so will need to do this one again. Thanks for making these standing workouts. Watched one of your wall workouts - no way was I going to be able to do them, but who knows maybe some time down the road I might decide to at least give them a try lol. I just have trouble getting down and up again.

    Love 💕 💕 this Pilates workout ,Lauren. This really tested my balance which is great! Like your other subscribers, I prefer standing workouts like this one. I am Not too comfortable with floor exercises although I always try to do it.

    I am so going to try this workout. I'm approaching 50 and after many years of high intensity workouts and my 20 years in the service this kind of workout is exactly what I need to be doing more of. Thank you for sharing.
