This week I sit down with Lanita Parish. Lanita Parrish is a licensed mental health counselor working with the Palm Beach County School District. She’s educated and also has personal experiences that have equipped her to help others especially youth maintain their mental health. Lanita holds a Masters degree in Science Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
