- Hi, Luv! Today is the day that I am Un-making over my apartment. ALL the rental-friendly upgrades I've installed in my apartment. We'll tackle peel-and-stick flooring and contact paper on cabinets and countertops. Not only will I guide you on removing the sticky residue left by the peel-and-stick flooring, but I’ve also found a non-toxic hack.
I’m also sharing some valuable tips and tricks I've learned on this journey. The most important tip is to get assistance when removing peel-and-stick products. I must admit, I'm quite excited about this video; it was such a relief to know that I’m getting my security deposit back! 🙌🏾 So, don’t be intimidated by DIY apartment enhancements.

Oh mama!!! I am so happy for you. Ppd is NO joke. I've had it several time with 2 out of 3 of my children. And severe depression during my last pregnancy and...sadly really severe depression after the miscarriage of our first baby. I completely understand what that dark time is like and how hard it is. Hi, Thank you for you marble countertop tutorial. Due to mandatory government shutdown it resulted in 4 layoffs. As a single mom it was a huge loss and it resulted in me having to sell my home of 14 years. I was heartbroken and would cry every night in my dingie basement apartment. But, adding the peel and stick marble made me a little happier.

Thank you so much for showing this! One of my last renters had completely redone just about everything and just left it when they moved out. I had to call someone in and pay them to do removals and repairs. The tenant was begging for their deposit back, but I told them sorry but everything had to be removed, repaired and I had to pay someone to do it and painting, that cost me way more than their deposit. Thank you for showing us how to remove it. 🙂

Wayna. In addition to physical therapy, try adjusting the way you sleep. Sleeping on your side could apply too much pressure to your shoulder, for hours. Try sleeping on your back. Maybe place your pillow under your back and head to support the curvature of your spine. Go to a chiropractor for general spine realignment. Only go to the chiropractor once a month. The spine adjustment will force you to sit straight so be prepared for that. Finally consider taking a calcium multi vitamin every other day. Once your body is ready, stay fit and strong. That forces your muscles to do the work, not the bones.
While watching you remove the LED lights, I was thinking, peel n stick paper, then put the LED lights on the paper, peel it off together. Thank you!

I’ve had 3 surgeries on my Right shoulder and 2 surgeries on my left shoulder. I am very sure that 20+ years of pushing and pulling patients and equipment has taken it’s toll. So, I went back to school and earned my MBA with a concentration in healthcare management so I don’t have to do all the physical ish anymore.

How does peel and stick do in extreme temperatures? I’m in Dubai and the hottest day this year was 50 degrees C (around 125 F). Would I have issues with my AC off when we leave for a few days/weeks?
