Wow, this guide helped me so much - thanks Leandro!
Amazing job! Thanks a lot! Keep going!

what notion should be
Wonderful and inspiring video. Would love to know if Recurring tasks can add values that changes every time it runs, for example, adding a new day or week to a database with the date or week number.
You can use a mix between recurring tasks and synced columns to achieve it. When your page gets created in Notion, it will then be added to Google Sheets as well. Then you can have a synced column with a sheets formula to calculate the number that you want!
This is awesome. I'm working on a template for video production and one of the stumbling blocks was how to connect to google sheets. Very cool, although for some reason I can't make it work syncing a column, it doesn't seem to be updating? Does it take a while first up?
Glad you like it! Once you create the synced columns Notion2Sheets goes and updates Notion with the values, the time it takes to run depends on the number of pages in the databases. If something is not working as expected contact us in notion2sheets.com/contact/ or from the chat and I will be happy to help :)
Great stuff, Leandro! For synced columns, in the video I don't see Date being one of the properties that can be synced. Has that been added, or do you plan to add it?
Thanks John! At the moment date properties are not supported but it is in the roadmap :). One option in the meantime is to use a regular text property and format your date as text directly.

Thanks for your video. Is am doing the same to track the daily price . How should I change the stock? Need some support in this
Hi Seng, you can contact us at leandro.zubrezki@notion2sheets.com or take a look at this blog post around the subject, notion2sheets.com/blog/notion-portfolio/
Hello, I can't find sinus & cosinus in notion's formulas. So I thought I could use this sheet to calculate and sync. But it's only 1 way.
Hi Sebastian, you can use synced columns to send data from Sheets to Notion, see ua-cam.com/video/BPCDGCLs1bE/v-deo.html
Is it possible to update a field In notion from Google Sheets? (Not notion to sheets but sheets to notion) Thank you a lot!
Hi Victor! Yes you can do that with synced columns. You can make a specific column to be Sheets to Notion and doing that Notion will be updated with the values from Sheets. You can use formulas for example for calculations!
Always prompting this error "You have reached the max number of databases for this workspace." even when I have only 1 database in a freshly set up workspace.
The sync never works too. Always stating "There was an error while syncing your database. Please remove it and try again or contact support."
Hi Ronald! Would you please contact us at leandro.zubrezki@notion2sheets.com so we can give you support and take a look at your case?
Do I have to sync colums every time I change something in sheets ?
No no, values are automatically updated in Notion, the interval will depend on your plan, slowest at once every 6 hours and quicker every 15 minutes.
I have synced my database to sheets but "Synced columns", "Synced cells", and "Recurring tasks" are not showing up. Do you know how I can fix that?
Hi! You need to first enable automatic updates. Once you have your first database in sync the option will appear. After enabling it the rest of the features will be available :)
Hello! Is there any way to make a graph using formula/rollup property?
Yes, when you sync your Notion database both formulas and rollup properties will appear as a column in Sheets. You can then create the chart and embed it back to Notion. Check this blog post for an example: notion2sheets.com/blog/notion-portfolio/
@@LeanZubrezki Will check this out, I tried to enter a database with formulas and rollups and it keeps on showing 0s. Thanks a lot!
@@somerarekpopkdramakvariety692 make sure the related database is shared with the add-on as well. If they are still 0 then please contact Notion support.
Hola! Es posible hacer que se creen nuevos registros en el Sheets, y eso se refleje en notion?
i have the same cuestion?
I have the same question

How to do it so that Notion2sheets does not have access to all our google sheets?
Unfortunately it is not possible to scope down to a single spreadsheet, but even though the add-on could potentially access other spreadsheets it only uses the one you have opened while doing the sync and then it just connects to that one and has no idea about any others.
But this is not free. Is there any free tool to automate sync between notion to google sheet?
No there isn't a free plan anymore. You can probably use Zapier or Make depending on your use case but setting them up is complicated.
UnFortunately it’s 1way only 🙁 not true 2way sync
Data flows both from Notion to Sheets and from Sheets to Notion but it is not 2 ways for the same column, always one source of truth. There are options for a 2 way sync but they keep a copy of all your data in their servers and are pretty expensive as they charge based on the number of rows.
