Reshuffling in Google Form is done to eliminate copying of answers by someone who is looking over your shoulder or looking at your answer. He can not copy your answers, because the order of questions has been changed (reshuffled) for each student, keeping the total number of questions and their contents the same. This is very important features in Google Form to keep answers by individual student anonymous.
Thank you so much for this video. I am a teacher and I was looking for something to check for understanding while teaching virtually. I'm going to play with it now so I will be ready for my lesson this coming Monday.
Great video! I'm having issues with my security settings people are able to make changes to the form. Welp.. I have looked at the settings 1,000 times, but still no luck
I watched it at 1.5 X and yet I could understand everything clearly. Best speed for this video, not that it's slow or something, but it'll save you some time.
Hi, If someone ask me to create a form for his site, then if I create it and then how he will check the responses? Do I need to create the form using that person's Google account? Or is there any way that I can handover the form to him.?
Thank you for this rusty, great tutorial. One question though once I emailed the forms, respondents were unable to fill out text from mobile devices. How do I get around this?
This is sooooo helpful, Thanks! Quick question, is there a way of having the first question a yes and no question and if they click no the survey ends and if they click yes they continue on to the next question?
Thanks a lot for the tutorial! I know it' been like 4 years since the video was uploaded, but in this pandemic situation, it really helps to have this type of knowledge.
Thank you for your kind and clear sharing! I would like to know how to add an informed consent statement before students answering the survey questions in Google Forms?
Hi, thank you for your tutorial. This is really clear and I love the energetic voice. May I use this video as an instructional video for my pupils? Thank you in advance!
Yes actually. You can click the green spread sheet icon in Responses and get all responses in one spread sheet. Also you can select individual responses, copy, click on the three dots below and...I forgot...finally paste it in the same spread sheet below.
Is there a way to set the form to email you when someone submits the form? It doesn't seem to do that on its own, you have go to the form to see the responses.
This is absolute Brilliant really how you oresent it so clear rlly keep it up this video is the best the best tutorial I every seen, just what I was Looking For! :D
You can see the data at the response option which is next to creating Questions or you can create a spreadsheet so that you can easily go through from all data and it will automatically stores the data as when responses are being submitted.

great video, I have a question, I need to share the response sheet (Excel) with others, they can't see the images which I upload to the form. asking permission for each image. How can I give permission to others to see all the images that I uploaded without asking permission?
Nice video. Thanks for sharing. The option of shuffling questions is because sometimes the order of the questions leads to biased answers, so if you shuffle the questions you can hope that statistically the bias will disappear or at least be reduced. On some occasion this option can be quite useful.
Great job! Pace is just right. No fluff....straightforward. Your voice is well suited to this. Keep it up!

Question: Is there a way to consolidate the replies in an excel sheet?
Yes actually. You can click the green spread sheet icon in Responses and get all responses in one spread sheet.
Also you can select individual responses, copy, click on the three dots below and...I forgot...finally paste it in the same spread sheet below.
That's really helpful. One thing to ask though, how can we export the survey result to excel or other software?
I believe it allows you the option to have responses populated into a spreadsheet in google docs that can be exported if you like

What about once the form is submitted, where is the data from the form?
You can see the data at the response option which is next to creating Questions or you can create a spreadsheet so that you can easily go through from all data and it will automatically stores the data as when responses are being submitted.
Do you have a video on how to create that spreadsheet? I'm trying to set up forms for research and gathering data is important. Thanks!
