There’s no way. I am an insurance agent and have sold full coverage policies on cullinans before. Max is 15k for a full term (1 year) policy. If it’s 30k they are flat out getting scammed

Not people with criminal history, as criminals or ex criminals are highly likely to tamper/destroy/steal expensive materials.

But I'm leaning towards that criminal had shown he had more skills/experience and had a better attitude/vibe, or the recruiter simply didn't do their due diligence. I doubt a criminal who has sexual assault history would be chosen after a background check. I do believe there are some people out there who actually discriminate because of skin color. There's just no proof.

Being a *professional valet attendant,* since you’re obviously not dealing with $2,500 worth junky cars, *should come with a special permit issued by the state.* Similar to a CDL which means *you have to renew it annually* and they have to *run a background check* that you or *your employer have to pay for* each time *to see what you’ve been up to like auto theft etc. *when consequences are greater,* then employees would *behave accordingly.* Right now there’s nothing to deter this criminal and his affiliates from committing the same exact crimes again after this case is over or even pending when he’s free to roam the streets. Obviously he’s actively seeking and working valet jobs in midtown/Buckhead (upscale areas) where that’s very lucrative.
*Having your car valeted is supposed to be a smooth luxurious service that you handsomely tip for… especially when your car has an MSRP of $300k-500,000 price tag.* 😂
*LAZ Parking should be on the hook for this one. Why would you hire a criminal valet driver who has a criminal record for committing crimes as a valet driver? It would be different if this was his first offense. But you either hired him without doing a background check or you hired him knowing he had a criminal record? As I said in another comment, he's off by an order of magnitude when it comes to the insurance costs. Insurance for a Rolls-Royce Cullinan typically runs about 500-700/month.

My friend had their truck stolen at a huge five star hotel in Texas. Within 15 minutes of it being parked security video showed a wrecker pull up and take it. Common sense show this an inside job. The hotel did nothing as they clause says they are not responsible for anything happening to the vehicles. Guest park at their own risk. This was two years ago and the vehicle till gas not been found. Then another friend has their corvette windows busted while in Nashville, there was nothing in the vehicle to steal.
It is sad because people work hard for their vehicles. Evil people will not prosper - they may think they are getting away with everything but one day they will stand before God.
