And, I never said that I agreed with anything that he did ( I was 22 years in federal law enforcement)…I was just articulating that when using the word weapon it indicates that it was indeed used as a weapon. If you ever have to testify a justification for use of force, you can state that “I drew my weapon”. If you did not shoot, you state that “ I withdrew my firearm from my holster “.
