Help!! I have the same brown specks in my washing machine loads
H Kollene, thanks for reaching out with your issue with what likely is scrud. Allow us to help explain what this issue is and how to resolve this! Scrud is the waxy build up that can occur within any washer when the fabric softener comes into contact with detergent. It is usually brown specs in appearance as can be seen in the following link: spr.ly/6057PbLYP. In order to get rid of it, dissolve 2-3 dishwasher tablets in a bucket of hot water. Once dissolved, pour the water directly into the bowl, close the lid and set the cycle for the longest, hottest cycle in your machine. The link will give your more details on how to prevent this from happening going forward. Shoudl you need further support, please don't hesitate to reply here! Please let us know if this helped! ^Chris

I try to clean my washer once a month using a cleaner. How do I get rid of the brown residue at the bottom of the drum? I've used vinegar and baking soda, ran several clean cycles and still can't get rid of the residue

I have this exact same problem on a new machine and it seems like many people online do too. Hopefully you’ve fixed yours! Wish me luck!
Not yet. Washing each loaf with Vinegar helps a little
Has anyone been able to solve this problem?
Hello, has anyone have any success with this problem??
I just recently bought this exact washing machine, it was used but they said it was in good condition. I’m not sure what is going on with it but, it’s not working correctly and I keep getting error code FE. It’s like when I start it, the water gets stopped up in it and it takes hours for the water to go down. It won’t even go through the full cycle. What should I do?
Hi! Thanks for reaching out! We'd be happy to explain to you what this error code means and possible ways to resolve it. The FE error code means that your washer is overfilling. It's usually the result of a faulty water valve. Please let us know what your washer model number is so that we can go over possible resolution steps. You're welcome to send us a DM on Twitter or a PM on Facebook for further support. Our handle for both is @LGUSSupport. We look forward to hearing from you and resolving this issue! ^Chris
@@LGUSASupport hello
Does anybody else have an issue with their LG top-load HE washer where water sits in the bleach reservoir on top after every wash? Even if you aren't using bleach? I've seen several videos of LG (and by extension Samsung) washers with this feature that have the same issue, but I can't find my specific, 6 year old washer.
Hi! We've attached a link below with more information about having water in your bleach cup. Having water in that reservoir definitely isn't a normal feature, and your bleach compartment may be blocked by debris. The slow accumulation of mineral residue can restrict the siphoning mechanism or water pressure, so that may be the cause of this issue. If this has recently started happening, we recommend pouring HOT water into the compartment to clean it, and if you could confirm your model number, we'd be more than happy to look into troubleshooting with your specific device! ^Ian
That happened to me and so my husband disconnected it in the back.
No I didn’t. I used bleach no problem with it
