Life in Thailand can be simple.. live the life you want and not what you think you're expected to live.
Young family trying to make it work in Thailand. It's not an easy task... We will share the challenges... the up's and down's...
If you have any questions I'm probably not the best person to give you solid advice but I will answer to the best of my knowledge and anything I share i've normally heard from a thai or a well established foreigner so isn't always 100% correct.

Americans can fully own businesses in Thailand (my brother does) but you still must hire a minimum amount of Thai employees.
Yeah I have heard of that, I just didnt want to talk on that as I don't know a lot about it and I think my US audience is very small could be wrong though. Thanks for mentioning ill pin this comment
@@lifeinisan yeah it's called the "Amity Treaty". Always worth tossing that out. Still can't buy land though, even through the business.

I actually use Microsoft teams now which has the built in VOIP (Bonline is a cheap and easy set up one not exactly the best and does go down sometimes)

I use to take the BTS 30 minutes from Onnut to Ari each day to teach I'd rather do that over sitting In BKK traffic any day
Yeah traffic can be rough, I don't spend to much time here so happy with the bts for the short period 👍

I wonder that myself, I think my views maybe changed over time but there isn't a real Thailand. Thailand is just Thailand I'd say there's more traditional places though

Was interested in the vlog until you hopped on the scooter and started saying that you would not be on a bike but seeing as it is only a short distance you though what the heck , but to do so without a helmet is totally irresponsible and showing no concern not only for your own wellbeing and stupid because I imagine you probably would not have insurance to cover costly bills from the hospital but also for your families future if you were incapacitated for a long time,brain dead or even died.
Watched a lot of your videos and admired you for having the mindset to make a future for yourself and the drive to succeed.
Appreciate you watching that far, its not exactly a hot topic for a lot of my viewers. Sorry I annoyed yourself. As for insurance I have both health insurance and life insurance at a high level as I understand some of the big dangers with living here. I also know that on the rare occasion you get offered a very bad quality helmet its not going to do much either (still better than none though) it is something ive got to work on as im a new dad and sometimes don't think everything through enough im not perfect.
