AT least put the blame where it belongs. Of course the ending was rushed, it had been going 8 years by then. It was clear no new book was coming any time soon. How long were they supposed to wait? People do want to work on other things...

When he stop covering for the idiots it became clear just how bad those people were at their job. They can't write dialogue, they can't write believable motivations, they can't even create logical events. The best they could come up was dick jokes, teleporting armies and plot armor.
The scene where tyrion talks with Mormont about their time together, the books version was sooooooo much deeper! That was chapters of them both fighting in captivity and being shared around masters and mercenary clans..

Problem IMO is they should have made every episode of the last season 2 hours (since D/D would not move from how many episodes due to contract, make them longer) because its obvious the writing was rushed DUE to the time constraints.
