It was a dual cause death, he finished dying from bleeding out the exact moment he pounded ground. Remarkable really.
@@marcbow a study for the maesters to be sure
Just re-read the books and one thing the show does so much better is make the some of the side characters so much more likeable and fleshed out. Partly because of the writing but mainly the actors. Bronn being one of them but also the Hound, Shae, Pod, Varys, Oberyn and many more.
Shae was pointless in the Books and Show.
@@maylabrown4584 she’s the catalyst for Tyrion’s entire character arc. So no.
@@Bloodynine606 Tyrion’s Character Arc began with Tywin trusting him enough to give him power for the first time as Hand of the King, Shae was a small blip on the course of things.
@@maylabrown4584 no it began with Tywin ending his marriage to Tysha
@@Bloodynine606 That wasn’t a part of his Character Arc since that happened before the events of the Show and Books, his Character began to shift after he was given power by Tywin. Nothing else before that changed his character.
The last scene is entirely lady arins fault the people called for mercy and she let her knight die, and she says he has o honor lol, bronn had enough honor to end it quick instead of giving him an injury that would make the knight suffer
The high lords never killing Bronn for his insolence is his plot armor
This video needs more of Bronn talking with Podrick…
I can’t believe jerome flynn isn’t from yorkshire or even from the north. His accent is spot on
“If he’s so important, why’d they send you to meet him” 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Bronn is my favorite character second to none
Bronn is what happens when i set the difficulty on easy in my Bannerlord campaign
Bronn, one of the few character that's actualy better in the show than in the books
*Didn't remember that scene of him singing "The Rains of Castamere" and his response on how he learned the lyrics hahaha*
It was ver,y well done even as it would never play out in real medieval times. Read on historic fights in Duell and on the battlefield. Full plate iterally was a walking Tank and they were used to the weight. He would just walk down Bron exhausting himself less as he would only need minimal movement and slice him up or break him with shield pushes. Stll really great fight
From Sellsword to Lord Paramount of the Reach. Hell of a jump.
He was fantastic on Ripper Street
My favorite line in Game of Thrones besides "power is power" has to be Bronn " you pay me to kill people who bother you.... "the evil Notions come free"😂😂
Ser Bronn of the Blackwater, 1st of his name, Lord of Highgarden, Master of Coin yada yada ya..
Take a bow, Ser Bronn, you earned it.!
This is what House of the Dragon lacks.... Some comedy.
True, I knew there was something I couldn't lay my finger on.
@@saladspinner3200 As much as I enjoy HOTD, it doesn't grip me nor am I invested in any of the characters.
Dickon Tarly introduced his self
Ser Jaime: Rickon?
Dickon: Its Dickon.
Ser Bronn: **burst into laughter**
Jamie is mad about the unsullied joke the same way hes mad when blackfish asks if hed like to resume his captivity. He goes "okay, i walked into that one' with a little shake of the head. Its perfect
Perfection 😂!
Bronn is one of my favs and Jerome Flynn has aged well x
no he did
will always be the best come back
I love how a crazy women talks ab him not fighting with honor
A mercenary with "Blackwater" as part of his name. Coincidental or intentional. I know the companies been re-named a couple times, but most still recognize the mercenary corporation as "Blackwater".
Oh somehow i did not make that connection. But i guess a fitting name. Their slogan should be "Not without question. We ask: how much?"
At the end, what I really liked was the difference between Catelyn and Lysa. Catelyn knew what was coming and closed her eyes in acceptance. Sort of "I know this is going to happen but I don't want to see it." Lysa however had no idea and so, witnessed it and made her son witness it.
If anyone deserves a thug life tattoo its bron. He got hustle. He started a low born peasant but realized that you don't have to be rich to get good with a sword. That getting good with a sword is a very useful skill plus its rewards in self preservation. Then he was able to hustle from mercenary to knight, to commander to lord. All based on his sword fighting skills, his hustle and making friends with the right little person. Never thought some random sellsword from the first season would end up being my favorite character.
06:00 is what you came here for. ;)
I like how Lysa tries to lecture Bronn about honor, after killing her husband and indirectely causing the death of thousands in a bloody civil war, including her sister, nephew and brother in law.
Bronn fighting for tyrion was one of the top 5 moments that solidified this show for me;
Bronn already knew...there's no such thing as an honorable fight in combat...all of it is just skill and improv...
"Perhaps some soup instead?"
Savage
Watching Lysa let Sir Vardis die was truly traumatizing
The thing that made GOT stand out was that it had several really strong characters. In fact almost all the characters were strong.
he was to GOTwhat saul goodman was to BB
Knight named laygood obviously not if his wife is looking for some loving on the side
