@@mista-ys5if brev the commentator thinks it’s a beginner laying those bricks, when it’s not he’s just slowing it down for a demonstration video. Having holes at corners is a bad habit but it least it’s only at the corner
The best example I've seen on youtube of laying bricks simply, cleanly, and accurately. Also, the only one I've seen butterring the perp from above rather than underneath (although he does use an unnecessary underneath stroke).
Why are people saying you have a lot to learn and stuff? 😂 They clearly havent got a clue! His work's very neat which means he almost certainly isnt a beginner. Nice work bro 👍🏼
Thanks mate 👍 Yh this is all face work so I had to take my time a good bricklayer will understand spicifically in winter time however if they are line mongs or just getting into bricklaying they will always have opinions as if u lay too many blues they can sink or the wall can have a belly...im not the best but I can't keep evryone happy
It's a leaker at the cj stick. Mortar is not full bed to end. Look at all the holes all the way up the stick. He's worried about getting the cj stick out. He will just fill a little when he strikes up. I've done this since 1995. There will be water behind that wall.
Not bad at all. Only criticism would be the smudging when cutting mortar away and when you are laying them brick your are dragging the mortar joint out instead of pushing the brick into the last to maintain a full mortar joint. Theses are minor and you will develop better habits over time. Keep up the good work.

Nice for a beginner👀, especially with Staffordshire blues 👌🏻😎 keep at it!
Love seeing a neat and tidy bricky 😍 very well done mate
Very nicely laid. Well done for cutting the compo off how it’s supposed to be with blues.
Thanks mate I try my best 👍
Very neat trowel indeed .... I’d run the line with you 👌🏽

Already doing great mate you'll make a fine bricklayer
Professional at work 👏
Love those grey bricks
Just teach me how to build my own house bro. Full video pls
But he missed a spot!! Will he go back and fix it? Lol
I see the string keeps the bricks in line but how do you keep the bricks 100% flat and not slightly tilted?
Just press them down and eyeball it. Just use a level and make sure the first row is level and the rest is easy
That's why they have bricklayers... If it was that easy we'd all be doing it... It isn't trust me 😂
Staffordshire Blues aren't easy going. Well done 👍

The beds gets me but 😂
Nice tidy job👍
Make it loook so easy. Those little gaps at the beinning of the rows will fill in without anymore work?
Seriously all I did was watch one Russell Westbrook highlight and now all I get is nonstop bricklaying tutorials.
Seriously all you need to do is like my vedios subscribe and share my channel then and start finding faults with my brickwork 😂😂
Blues are a nightmare well done
Very neat and tidy my man 🤙
Verry nice, is a creatif 👍
A little less muck so no smears when cutting the bed, lovely work

How do you estimate how far up the next string height will be? Do you pick any height or is there a formula?

Bricklayer how much per hour pay?
If its too high above the line, tap the brick down, dont push or youll distrub layers below and squeeze mortar out and lower the layers below
You're supposed to push them down. Tapping bricks can affect the courses below. Why are you giving advice on something you are clueless about!? 😂😂😂
