I use arazlo in my night routine and honestly it is magical! Paired with niacinimide and a good moisturizer, it doesn’t leave your skin super dry or dehydrated the next morning either!

People complaining about this not being affordable baffles me. A. He’s a derm so he has access to not only premium but well researched products. B. Most of us don’t need this many products it’s his personal routine! For example you don’t need a neck cream or eye serum it’s just what he uses. C. It’s not that deep! People using a pricey routine doesn’t mean you have to. Take from the principles like ingredients and order and apply that to your system
There are plenty of videos that show affordable skincare guys. This is HIS skincare routine. I’m glad that this video showcases products that most aren’t aware of because it gives people the option to mix their affordable skincare with maybe 1 or 2 “high end” products. Use what works for you, and if its not for you then go find something that is.
@ادم محمد their duty isn’t to show us how much we should or shouldn’t pay, only how we can achieve as healthy skin as possible. Price point and budget is our responsibility.
@ادم محمد As I said before, this is his routine. Doctors in the same field will often have opposing recommendations. It’s up to the patient to discern what’s best for their skin; they’ve lived the longest with it. And just because some products share similar ingredients doesn’t mean that they’re formulated in the same way. If the consumer is purchasing a product because they were influenced through videos or advertising instead of seeking professional advice from a doctor who has looked at their skin, then the issue isn’t the advertisements or influencers but rather that the consumer was gullible enough to make an ill informed decision. My point is that we can be as cryptic and precise in our verbiage as need be, but there will always be someone who is displeased with the message. There are plenty of videos on this channel that showcase affordable skincare as well as other channels on this platform. In fact, most people have never heard of the products he mentioned because OTC products get much more advertising. For some, these OTC products simply don’t make the cut and it’s videos like this one that showcase other options . Granted the price range is higher but the amount of money that people spend at Sephora and other places hoping to get lasting results simply aren’t getting it. All in all, if it doesn’t apply, let it fly
Acne is something that you manage, not something that you cure. Damn, I wish I knew that when I got off my multimed regimen thinking since my skin was clear... I didn’t need something so medicated anymore 😅
Dr. Hartman is my dermatologist. He is awesome! He has really help get my acne under control and address my acne related hyperpigmentation. Within 3 months of treatment , I saw a dramatic difference
I love how you are keeping it interesting with different skin types, tones, goals, male and female physicians. It awesome. And he uses Skin Better Science which is a holy grail brand for me!
kinda unrelated but i noticed that us women always ask for and appreciate the male perspective in female dominated areas whereas men usually don’t and sometimes even discourage the female perspective in male dominated areas like say video games for example. sad but true ☹️
This routine was very interesting. I liked how he wasn't super gentle with his skin, and yet his skin looks amazing and youthful. Only thing is like... was that really enough sunscreen? Not for Dr. Dray, that's for sure lol.
That definitely wasn’t enough, especially with how he applied it. Even worse is that he said it doesn’t leave a white cast... well of course not when you apply such a thin layer!? That bugs me because someone is going to apply the full dosage and be in for a lil surprise. I’m actually curious about this one but I’ll prob go for the tinted version.
i know this is an expensive routine but it is soo cool to see a dermatologist recommend these types of products, the ones where I had no idea that existed or know enough about dermatology to understand why these specific products/ingredients are good. A lot of these sounds innovative and not just marketing. It is very educational, and I will be researching more about these products to (hopefully) find more affordable options.
Best dermatologist you've had on the channel YET. Love seeing someone his age look so good!!! I don't trust anyone under 40's skincare recommendation, sorry. I need to see the long-term proof. 😁
Susan, you should react to his routine! Lol kinda silly but...Seriously, teach us more about his products! I’m so intrigued, he brought in some really cool products we haven’t heard of yet!
I think he's just showing you what he's actually using. And he is a dermatologist so he deffinately can afford all of that products. It's not that he telling you to buy the same things as him, they show us ingredients so that we can find similar product for ourself. But if someone here can afford these products like him, that would be great. You know your own bank and skin.
As someone who has been managing acne for years, I loved this video. I am a skin care lover and I have never heard of a lot of these products so it was great! Thank you for sharing!
Love this series, thank you Dr. Hartman for sharing!! I particularly appreciate your saying "acne is something that you manage not something that you cure"

Finally someone who doesn't mention essential oils and fragrance. Hyram and James, this is an actual skin care specialist - that went to medical school. Susan, luv u. What about Naturium in the UK, please ? Wanna give your Niacinamide a go.
Wow, great routine! And finally products that are different than what is always recommended... sometimes I get so bored from seeing the same and same and same product recommendations from derms and infuencers.
