I loved all of Dr. Angelo’s tips! And that hair. I know it’s great when dermatologists recommend affordable products, but it was refreshing to see him get a little bougie with his Tatcha. 😍
I love Tatcha it's such a loving brand 💜
Thank you so much for having me! We love a bougie and effective product!
Hi Susan i love your channel. When are your products available in Europe? :)
is it just me that see this? he looks like a male version Dr Dray physically and also with the vibe
Yes! I’ve said this before on Twitter 😆
So true 😄
He does look like her
Yes! Tho if he was truly the male Dr Dray he'd be using CeraVe and Vanicream, not Tatcha 😆 but nothing wrong with treating yourself!
I'm so weak I said the same thing. he really does look like her and sounds like her a little too😂💀
Loving all the 30's contents!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Luv this one & the way he explains things. Very easy to understand. 31 yrs old over here. Cheers to the 30s ( :
Cheers!!!
Love the dermatologist series, please dont stop!
The tip before the mask was so helpful!!!! 🥺he had so many wonderful tips 🥺💗
Thank you!!!
you have literally transformed my skin! I am 6 weeks into this. i can vouche for this routine. thank-you so much
I am living for all the early/30s content! 🙌🏻
His eyebrow game is on POINT! Great vid, will definitely be finding him on social :)
Thank you! I try to keep them on fleek!
I love watching men doing skincare! I literally watched this video 10 times. We pretty much use the same products too except that I use Rx Tretinoin. Please have more of DermAngelo on your channel! ❤️
So kind of you ❤️
I have combo oily skin but my cheeks are super dry and I have bad hormonal acne. I was overdoing it with the actives and completely destroyed my skin barrier. Toned it all back and only use retinol and chemical exfoliants a few times a week. My skin is so much better. The biggest help was using thermal water after toning and before moisturizer, definitely bring thermal water into your routine! My skin has improved so much
Glad to hear you found a strategy that works for you!!!
THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO! I'm 32 and just started adding retinol to my skin care routine. I have dry/exzematic skin that's extremely sensitive. When he said $120 for a moisturizer haha I just laughed. People w Eczema or Sensitive skin conditions have poured $100s of dollars into lotions and soaps without batting an eye. Especially on the face where your aren't supposed to use steroid creams.
Hey! Wondering what retinol product has been working for you. I am in the same boat of dry with eczema along with some mild rosacea sprinkled in. I've personally had good results with Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair fragrance free in the jar, but want experiment with something new after I run out
@@rebeccagarner3076 I started w Cerave Retinol serum and it seems to work. So I just started Naturium retinol serum and that’s seems ok for now but have only used it twice. I want to try the one in this video! The laroche posay cleanser and double repair moisturizer cream are AWESOME!
Yay!! A fellow 1981’er here, loves these videos!
What a great addition, Susan!! He’s about got me ready to put that skinceuticals moisturizer in my cart 🤯
OMG I love his page! One of my favorite dermatologists!
OMG ❤️
If Dr Dray was a man 😀❤️
YEP 🤣🙌🏽❤️
Haha omg you are right!
So funny lol
Yes!!!
I don't think she would use those products, especially the moisturizer, but I get what you mean.
Ahhh I loveeeee him! So happy to see him on your channel.
yay!
Early 30’s 🤷♂️ he could pass for 20.
It's the sunscreen ;)
No. But definitely 25-26
No lies
I mean he was literally in his 20s a year ago, its not like 30 is a 40yo or something.
@@emulan5887, a person's skin is very different from 20 to 30, so it's worth pointing out he doesn't look 30!
Absolutely love how much information he gives in explaining everything! He is one of my faves!
❤️ so happy to hear that
Love it! I also use that cleanser for the night or on sensitive days. And I've got oily skin. Especially when I'm using retinoids that night.
Love that cleanser!
Wishing you all the glow! 💜
Going to start using that Aquaphor tip! So fun seeing this routine!
Yay!
His bathroom tiles are amazing!
I LOVVVVVVEEEE these vidssss! Please keep them coming :)) ❤️❤️
WE STAN THE DERM DADDY 🥵
IT ME!!!!
such an informative routine ❤️❤️ i loved it
Thank you!!!!
He's 30?😮 He looks like 18 years old
He said he is in his early 30’s, so he must be 33. I agree he could pass for 20.
It's the sunscreen ;)
Lol no
He’s 32 I believe
This is my favorite video so far for skincare! I am literally so sensitive and this speaks to me! I also learned something new about applying the petroleum before the mask and I have to do that! And I need the Tatcha mask :) thank you!!
I really enjoyed this video!! Thanks!
Thank YOU!
This was great! 😍
Thank you!
He is awesome! Nice to see fragence and sensitive skin.
Thank you!
Skin so glowy😍😍😍
Dr.Angelo is awesome!! Love this routine 😁
Thankies!!!!
What a sweet soul love this wonderful human 💛💖💖
omg ❤️
Love dermangelo!

How would you adjust if you also had cystic acne? I'm struggling to figure out how often I can/should use sal and glycolic acid. Thanks!
If you don't get a reaction, I myself have the weirdest skin ever: dry, dehydrated sensitive skin *with* cystic acne. Other than quitting dairy (especially cow, sometimes I still eat goat cheese), I upped my AHA/ acid use on the areas where I had it, initially with a day extra. Ok? Added another day after 2 weeks (better is a month, to get your skin used to it and to be sure if any reactions are from the AHA, but I was impatient😆), if that was OK, then added again etc etc. Until my skin started to protest. Then I would quit until my skin was good again and start over with the routine that didn't create issues (usually 1 or 2 steps before). Thàt would be the amount of AHA use. Often you can add an extra day after months of use if needed or use sth with a higher % after long use, but... sensitive skin might not always agree to that. I used Louis Widmer AHA cream 5% for 2 years (in winter I could even use it every single day as long as I moisturised the hell out of myself), but the 10% became an issue after 3 days of use. But because the 5% seems to have lost its efficacy I'm currently looking into other AHA products (As for skin barrier and hydrating products: after my Korres faves went out of stock for good I tried every single thing I could afford, until I found Dr Jart+ ceramide mist, Cosrx snail all in one cream and the Pyongyang Kul Essence and repairing moisturiser. Korean skincare is simply beyond most western stuff. Especially price/quality wise. They're not super cheap, these products, but not so expensive as what was mentioned either). So it is really a *careful* test process that is rather personal too. I have to say that after using AHA, niacinamide, vitamin C and retinol (in my country Vitamin A, the prescription retinol is rarely prescribed, unless you have extreme acne and no sensitivity. I had to work with OTC stuff and pay everything myself) for years my skin looks quite okay. I had a lot of brown hyperpigment spots from acne scarring, or dark pink and those are pretty much gone! I did get a few peelings at the salon and those definitely helped with my deeper scarring, to smoothen my skin a bit. Not everything is gone, my chin will always show signs, but now at 43yo - despite having been chronically ill for 15 years with the stress and insomnia that comes with it, having been dead poor and after a gazillion eczema outbreaks too - I often hear that I look a few years younger. That's quite a feat for anyone with super dry skin who is also ill, but I'm absolutely sure it comes from wearing little to no base (tinted moisturiser when my skin is awful) and all the work I've done. Sorry I went overboard with the story there, oops 😬😅. But hopefully my personal experience will help a bit.
Good luck!
The aquaphor tip! 🤯
That LRP cleanser is THE BEST. I use it in the morning and I have combination oily skin. ❤❤❤
He has such beautiful skin
Thank you!
Here for the 30s✨✨✨

Wow!He is amazing.Great routine and many informative tips as well.I also really like his vibe.Plus he looks really cute and his brows are on point.👌🏻💞👱🏻♂️
You're too kind!
The only brand most people can afford is the LRP one. The brands he used here are very befitting for a dermatologist who is NY based lmao. Love u DermAngelo
I love to talk about brands from all over the price spectrum! And that LRP cleanser is *chef's kiss*

Great video! I would love Love LOVE to see a video for those of us with a sensitivity to HA. I can't put anything with HA in it without my face burning. Its frustrating to find products without HA.
Can we petition to get Dr. Alexis Stephens' routines? AM and PM?
What r ur thoughts on It Cosmetics Confidence in a cream moisturizer? Can u compare it somehow to Skinceuticals one? THANK YOU
Love doc dermangelo
Am I the only one who flinched when he was putting the Niod serum and almost got it in his mouth 😂
if I don’t wear makeup my cheeks get red and hot would you say that is my sensitive area?
I put the same retinol on my neck and my neck couldn't take it at all. It was red, itchy, peeling, then I got contact dermatitis for about 2 weeks( took me 4 days to realize it was the retinol, then it took rest of the 2 weeks to get back to normal).
When are we getting Cassandra on the show??
Hmmm. I think I disagree about that cleanser. I really don't think that La Roche Posay cleanser is sufficient for sunscreen and/or makeup removal. I'd have to try it (I own that cleanser) but I prefer to double cleanse to remove sunscreen
‘this is a routine that hits really close to home for me’- almost like it’s literally *your* skincare routine lol...
The La Roche-Posay cleanser really burns my skin 😕 and I wouldn't say I have a super sensitive skin.
Also, I loved the routine, and I'm not intrigued by that moisturiser 🤔
Yay love Dermangelo
❤️
Dr. Do you do fillers in the number 11 lines or do you believe it is too dangerous.
Only botox - never fillers in 11!
what is your opinion on micro current devices?? I was looking into Foreo Bear and Nuface
Now time for a "Reaction video" on this!
I can only dream 🤣
Omggg this is perfect for me😭😭😭😭
yassss!!!!
Is this Dr Dray's younger brother?? 😄😄
I have that cleanser ,in Europe it's called lrp tolerant caring facewash, I like it but it seems to leave a film that cau tiny bumps.if can use it,super gentle
Usually, you need to remove cream cleanser with a cloth or sponge.
@@paleblueeyesxx4433 thanks,Ithis is probably why but I'm very sensitive rosacea on cheeks and cloths or sponge are to harsh even if I do be very gentle. I use a toner after to aswel to remove any last bit
@@Banana11128 You're right a cloth or sponge isn't a good option if you have rosacea. I'm glad using a toner works for you.
Did anyone else find that this cleanser mostly burned their skin when they started Tretinoin? Somehow the La Roche Posay foaming cleanser didn’t burn
I always use my tretnoin gel after mosturiser and it has saved me from cracking 🤭 i used to have drying fue to tretnoin soecially in winters but now its all gone as i am using tretinoin sandwitched between mostirisers.

Second
I had awful continuous breakouts for MONTHS.. and when I simplified my routine.. It's all getting normal now.. I used to layer like 10 leave on products per routine!
Please.. Don't get too excited about, skincare.. It's not clothes that you mix and match.. It's actives and chemicals and cell-communicating ingredients!!!
How can you be a natural blonde with those brows
he looks like Dr.Drays brother!
YASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
I like this guy but I don't really understand the use of the Tatcha mask. It is a fragranced clay mask that contains multiple citrus extracts/juices (lime, grapefruit, orange, lemon), "fragrance" (could be thousands of unknown compounds), and dyes. It contains vitamin C as THD ascorbate which is a lipid soluble form of vitamin C and its benefits are largely unknown and have yet to be proven. Another fruit extract is another source of vitamin C but there's no way to standardize the amount of vitamin C in a fruit extract or if it is stable or even existent or beneficial at all. I don't understand the point of using "fruit AHAs" via sensitizing and irritating citrus juices? Remember.... fragrance, INCLUDING natural ones, can be co-sensitizing and over time can cause you to become allergic to other ingredients. There are many other AHAs they could've used (lactic, glycolic, tartaric).
Obviously I'm not a derm (never claimed to be) and he knows much more on the clinical and medical and technical side of things. But.... drumroll.... that's precisely why I'm stating all of this LOL. Why would a skincare professional use this mask in a video designed for sensitive skin? I'm not opposed to using this mask as a treat in your personal time but a very odd choice to use in a video targeted toward people with sensitive skin. It is also very very pricey. I don't get it!
Derm where is your tretinoin.
oohhh first!
💚💚💚
❤️
why are ceramides "infamous"? lololol (i'm assuming he mis-spoke X"D)
It's a trendy phrase to include in skin care marketing
@@paleblueeyesxx4433 ....i don't think you know what infamous means, lolol (which was the point i was making)
WHY DID I GASP
I dunno. Why? 🤣
@@DermAngelo oh hi! thank you for your great tips, I wrote some down! As a pre-med in college, just small stuff like this makes me excited for the potential of being a dermatologist in the future

Dermangelo looks so 24 🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩
I am a bit confused. So, you have sensitive skin, but you use Tatcha? I noticed that the mask has a bunch of fruit extract, plus fragrance, which are sensitizing ingredients. Also, you say your patients use too many actives at the same time, distupting their skin barrier. Ok, but. In this video I’ve seen niacinamide (in more than one product), AHA, vit C and adapalene. Also, you’ ve used a lot of products! I have sensitive skin. And I would destroy my skin with a routine like this one. I know everybody’s skin and tolerance is different, but as a sensitive skin routine I was expecting soothing, fragrance free products. And just a simple routine. I’m totally fine with the bougie theme and I actually like the idea that skincare can be a bit more bougie and expensive and stuff.. as long as ingredients are good for our own skin needs.
Hi Jean. Sorry this routine wasn't what you expected. I've said in much of my content before: fragrance isn't the devil that many make it out to be. My sensitive skin does just fine with it, especially in wash-off formulas like the Violet-C mask (the actives in this mask also get to do their thing before they're washed off to avoid irritation). The point here was to get all of those actives in, while offsetting them with more soothing products. That said, this is not a routine I would do EVERY day. Specifically the mask I'd keep to once per week.
@@DermAngeloyeah yeah I get it. I felt like this wasn’t an everyday routine.. but again.. throughout the years I’ve noticed how my skin (so I’m talking personally) reacts to fragrance. And seeing that in an acid mask, in a sensitive skin skincare routine, made me a bit confused ahah. About the actives, I just prefer to use one or two actives per-day.. I would use a lot more but that just didn’t work.. However I’m just speaking experience-wise.
Have a shave mush
girl needs to tone the ends of his "natural blonde" hair
