I've been using Photoshop for a long time but this is new to me. So you see, there is always something to learn. Thank you!
You're welcome, Frans!
Learn new things everyday it's always fun to learn
same here
This is just brilliant. I needed to retouch a huge area of asphalt in front of a building and this was perfect for this. Thanks
3 years later and this is still a G.O.A.T tutorial 🔥🔥🔥
In graphic design field, we learn stuff everyday, thank you so much
Let me just take a minute to salute you and say THANKS for your videos and your explanation. I think you are one of best out there, making high quality content about Photoshop. Keep it up, such a great work!
love your videos! detailed and concise without a bunch of uhs and spamming for subscribers. learn so much from you! thank you!!!
Thank you so much!
I have a pic of one of my mom's favorite actresses that I want to put it on a shirt for her. I wanted to "frame" around the image with leaves. The most efficient way that I could come up with until now was turning some high-res leaf images into brushes because I want to randomize the leaves, but even that still looked unrealistic and janky. I'm now going to use this method only setting the Density to a lower number and just masking out any leaves that misbehave on the final image. I think the addition of the real leaves will compliment greatly the final piece so much more.
Thanks for the technique!
I just used this technique to make a scalable seamless pattern. I used a very small section of a stucco wall image. This technique avoided some of the problems with evening out tone and other issues from defining a pattern from a larger initial area. Thanks for the video!
Alan, I'm glad you found it useful!
Been searching for this everywhere..thanks brother
Did it with a flower image. It worked and was fun. I learned that this technique does not work with non-rectangular selections. Thanks for a worthwhile, educational and fun experience. I always learn something from your videos. Please know you are appreciated.
Thanks for doing this. I’ve been planning to do something like this to “stamp” graphics on top of other designs and this looks like it will do the trick. I hadn’t seen any of your videos before so I thought the first few seconds was one of those ads about making money. This video was way more helpful than those!
I think the most important thing i learned today was the fact that you can hold shift and click to create a straight line. I always used to draw straight lines after an hour of editing a video where it became so laggy that photoshop recognised my brush movement as teleportation and it created a straight line from where i started drawing to where i stopped...
Dude your voice is so relaxing. Makes it real easy to relax and learn.
Thank you, FineappleRyan!
That is awesome
Thank you this is exactly what I was looking for. I want to crest some interesting backgrounds for my custom tumblers.
That is AMAZING, Jesùs! You have sent me on a rampage: I am experimenting with making all kinds of crazy floral fills with this new (to me) technique. Thank you for another Very Exciting tutorial!
I'm glad you found it useful, Lórien! I hope you have fun making the floral fills! Thanks for watching!
I think I will try it with some pics of my guitars. Great tip!
This was very clever, thinking of ways I can use this technique! Thank You.

You're welcome, Blazer Stoner!
What a powerful feature. Had not realized this was possible in Photoshop, and love making patterns. Thank you for another great tutorial.Good you pointed out about the currency image issues. Few years ago copying JPY notes flashed a heart stopping 😳 message 🤖 from Canon and Japanese Finance Ministry on my screen. Am crumpling my notes now, or there's always origami practice...
So easy and yet quite impressive. Thank you so much for this tutorial, didn't know of this function)
You're welcome!
Awesome tutorial. It's really appreciated.

Thank you so much for this tutorial. I've looked up so many tutorials to make seamless pattern with multiple design elements for surface design. Would you be interested in making a tutorial on that topic? How can I keep the design seamless if the canvas size changes or with camouflage pattern? Thank you.
Really helpful..

Awesome stuff
Thank you, Hertz GFX!
It’s wonderful tutorial
Very much useful.. Thank you..Can you post a video using the same technique to fill a bowl with some fruits or vegetables.
I'd be interested in seeing if there's a way to do this but make the edges seamless so the image itself could be tiled, for something like a grass/ground texture in a video game, for example.
Unfortunately not that easy. You would have to merge the layer, use the Offset Vilter, and paint/clone the seams away.
Nice
Jesus Ramirez, I simply love you and your videos. I'm from Rio, Brazil and I ve always curious about learning photoshop. I found your channel and I'm sure that I'll learn a lot with you. I understand everything you say. You are amazing. Congratulations!!

You're welcome, Muhammed!
Awesome video, thank you!
I once created hundreds of dollar bills for an art project. Ps would not let me edit them so I had to use an old application that was not as strict. I had three files, a black image of the front of the bill, a green image of the rear of the bill and a green image of those green printed parts on the front of the bill. Using some off white heavy paper stock, I first printed one copy of the black front and then photocopied this hundreds of times into the heavy paper stock. Them the sheets were fed through the printer to add the green to the front and back.
Lastly, I cut each bill with a scalpel and metal ruler and made several stacks that could be riffled and distressed.
The high point was when a colleague’s jaw dropped and they asked how much had I spent creating the look - they believed they were looking at actual dollar bills...
Thanks. This was the fastest money I ever made.
thanks
Thank you
You're welcome!
How can somebody dislike this ? I don't understand !!
Thank you so much for these videos .
Thank you, PhoeniX Sight!
Thanks brother
You're welcome, Rakesh!

Thank you, Abdul!
@@PhotoshopTrainingChannel your most welcome sir
Another great video. Thanks a ton sir. Now to print this using a 3D printer! lol.
Also, if its okay with you could you please share what video editing software you use for your screen recordings?
Camtasia Studio 2020
This just open the new world for a newbie like me
👍🙂
Thanks for the video. I watched this long ago and was able to find it again. However, when following the steps the current version of Photoshop does not appear to have the check box for random angles. The only option is to pick a single angle and it applies to all copies of the object
Brilliant....
Thank you!
Can you do a separate video on layermask please.
By the way live your tutorial.
Can u do this for more than one object? Like a collage
Hi, Hector! May I suggest a question? What would be the most believable outcome for displaying type on the inside sides of an open-end cylinder, rolling on a slightly tilted plane? That's not a project just an interesting thought I had.
Gooood
sir you are truly wonderful
Thank you, Mohd!
